No one sets the price of Hedges. This is a basic aspect of the theory -- but we'll return to that. Yes, the trading pair is 'Uno/Hedges' where a Hedge is ('is') two oz of silver.

At this second: two oz = 3450 cents. Divide by 300 (One Uno is $3.00 on CMC at this second) Answer: tentative price: 11.5 Uno per Hedge.

Practise gettin' your heads around this. It's Wall-Street-serious stuff -- more variables.

@ Martin: don't be afraid to ask about ways to buy cryptos (apparently there aren't many Paypal fans here . . . ). We have been struggling, here in Oz, with this problem forever. For instance, ask about P2P purchases, which you might even be able to arrange with the Bitcoin meetup group in a city near you (or start your own!)

I am so sympathetic, B. Puttin' the Paypal thing aside, we Aussies have had just so much trouble gettin' hold of cryptos. It's a part of why IndiaMikeZulu is so community oriented. When we started, it was still (a) deposit Aus Dollars, (b) get them converted 'intra-bank' to US Dollars, transfer $US to Eastern Block exchange, blah blah blah.
