Hmm.. why the sudden tank? You guys think this is the floor or will it dip lower before going back up?
clearly wasnt the floor. probably because the devs do everything on slack and ignore this open forum? (big mistake imho) Bitcointalk is one thread of a multitude of information that 99% of people will not read, it's unfortunate but you cannot create sub-threads and such, I'm really not sure I understand why you would think that this is the place to make the price worth something. We have never abandoned this coin, are consistently bringing out new updates and have a real-time community with Slack. We also do not want to spam this thread or this forum, how do you suggest we get traction here? Actually bitcoin talk shows activity, or rather inactivity in this case. Activity ofcourse does not create real value, possibly only temporary fake value through hype. Inactivity can however damage real value. I have like a mil sys and i would like to read about it's development (here) i'm not going to some kind of other medium where i have to register just for SYS, i'm sure i'm not the only one. Myself i'm not much of a poster more a reader, so i don't know how to create good traction here. But posting the inside information here might work, although it would be double work, however if both mediums support webservices you cold automate that.

Slack or bct? Hmm we are on slack so I'd say slack. If we had infinite resources I'd say both

I'm not sure I understand your concern, I'm simply stating that even if people come to our thread, they will not read 99% of the important information that is needed to be relayed. One thread makes things completely convoluted.

Maybe I am that 1% altough I really believe that MANY people look for news by browsing last pages and even more look at updates in ANN to find important news. Where did you take that 99% theory from anyway? Last OP update is: 4th May 2015 - In-depth Look at the Syscoin’s Decentralized Marketplace and Comparing it to the Competition what simply means that instead of making weird guesses off the cuff it's better to update at least ANN at least once a month.

I'm really not sure I understand the hostility with your post. I am in no way treating BCT readers in any fashion but instead, we invite them to join our community channels such as Slack and our website for REAL-TIME updates. BCT is a forum that does not allow subthreads, that is plain fact.. They have refused time and time again to allow the Altcoin Community to create subthreads. The result is convoluted information being provided in an extremely long thread; proper marketing and communication includes providing real-time quick updates; BCT is the antithesis to that goal. Take a look at our twitter @syscoin and our website syscoin.org; we are constantly providing updates. I do however understand your concern in providing updates in the news section of the post and will work on providing further updates. I/we have no animosity towards this community whatsoever and although we cherish Bitcointalk for what it is; it was made to have varied conversations about Bitcoin and brief discussions about Altcoins are allowed; the MODs have been very clear about this. The result is unfortunately that typically the latest pump-and-dump crazes are the one that takes over the Altcoin section; not a coin that has been actively working on development for 1.5 years.

The real issue is no updates from anyone on the dev team. A thread that seems to be inactive implies nothing is going on. Like it or not, there are a lot of people that come to this forum looking for information on new coins to invest in. I think at a minimum it wouldn't be a bad thing for someone to post something on here pointing people to the other social channels for any current updates. Not to mention the bump to the top of the list each time someone posts.

I would not be too concerned about bitcointalk. Its always the same people posting comments in every thread, no matter what currency it is.

People are switching to slack. If i had a choice between notifying people on slack on updates vs bct id choose slack any day of the week.

Are you SYS social community manager? Really? This attitude explains SERIOUS communication problem here. I'm not sure I understand your concern, I'm simply stating that even if people come to our thread, they will not read 99% of the important information that is needed to be relayed. One thread makes things completely convoluted. Since you have trouble understanding basic English... Maybe you can read a price chart... and see YOUR promotional handiwork. Promotion = providing an Executive Summary to bring BUSY people up-to-date quickly... I'm way too busy to log into 20-30 slack channels to read super-geeks joking among themselves. If you met a hot girl would tell her "find me on slack"? Yes, YOU probably would... and never see her again. Because that hot girl has endless guys to choose from... Just like every crypto investor has dozens of good options to invest in... with new ones every day. BTW, a project's tech is entirely secondary to a rational Business Plan and expert promotion.
