No need to panic,everyone ll get paid. He continuously pays, day after day, just it s being done manually and it takes time.
Obviously there ve been some issues with the database.

Now it's my fault as my account is suspicious, or what? I didn't change my
payout address or payout method for many weeks, but now I'm told the delays are
basically my own fault because I made "last hour address changes".
True, ltcgear provides a good ROI opportunity, but what is going on here is
customer deterrence instead of customer service. If (and I say if) I'll eventually get
any of my payout, I will certainly think twice if I'll reinvest here or not.

I hear you and I completely understand where you come from.
However, finding a decent ROI in the cryptoworld is next to impossible these days. Hope LTCgear fixes all this by the next payout.

I completely understand you. However, no1 said it is you that did some last minute changes to your account or you made it look suspicious. There are a lot of ppl confirming that they payout addresses were changed somehow, so accounts with such issues were audited manually. Accounts with many login attemps from different IP addresses are being investigated manually aswell. Chris is implementing a mail confirmations upon changing addresses in the accounts. The update will be live soon.

I had to change my LTC address for internal problem.

I am still buying 2nd gen shares despite the ridiculously small payout until mid-Jan. My guess is they will ROI in 3-4 weeks once they finally go online. I was looking at the numbers over at hashprofit.com and it looks good for an algorithm switching ASICs on a multi-pool.

I agree, it's clear the Ruble is in trouble and even with the latest bump up they are still having serious issues. If you compare the BTC/Ruble chart to the USD chart you can see there has been some effect but it hasn't bled through all currencies yet: https://btc-e.com/exchange/btc_rur
