Avira free and good
this is a good one, I'm using it since many years and I never tool a virus.
The best advice is to do not open spam email with any files attached.

I know why your pray will never be answered!

Avira is the one I use, it's free and it's quality isn't questioned at all. Kaspersky appears to be the best paid antivirus but haven't tried it for a long period of time to make a fair opinion.

Only AVG? : /
It doesn't give much protection against other kinds of malware, I think. You should probably install malwarebytes or something like that as well.

Kaspersky is the best one in my experience. Nowdays I use addons instead of anti virus, and it's enough (download them for a scan every now and then to see if my computer caught one).

Turn off the news and read. Watch Psywar, learn something important about our society and PR, why and how it got started and how it brainwashes you.
