Avira free and good
this is a good one, I'm using it since many years and I never tool a virus. The best advice is to do not open spam email with any files attached.

Avira is the one I use, it's free and it's quality isn't questioned at all. Kaspersky appears to be the best paid antivirus but haven't tried it for a long period of time to make a fair opinion.

Only AVG? : / It doesn't give much protection against other kinds of malware, I think. You should probably install malwarebytes or something like that as well.

Kaspersky is the best one in my experience. Nowdays I use addons instead of anti virus, and it's enough (download them for a scan every now and then to see if my computer caught one).
