Discuss. We will talk about price here without the censorship. Unmoderated. Heads up.. Thread is getting moderated hard.. And yes we will continue to do so.. That includes quoted replies, so don't include the quote if you want your post to stay.. As stereotype said.. Guys. Go and make a thread where you can talk about price. Its pretty boring to read, when there's much more to understand and follow.

This looks Good as this is not a self-moderated topic.

465/518 Satoshi IPO price
Price now is 300.
Many people invested 25 BTC, but investment has lost a lot of value.
What do we do now? Almost zero volume

OK, seriously, why would I invest in this coin? - the value is constantly dropping and there are no perspectives for it to change - no whale is interested in it and they explicitely stated it on Twitter - there is 1500 sell pressure at 500 satoshi that will last forever (people who bought in pre-sale will be dropping at this price and people who are buying now will be dropping even lower) - devs promised some kind of marketing actions when the blockchain is stable (it is now) and nothing happened - volume has been topped by volume of coins like voot - there is poor communication - the community doesn't know what is happening now and what can they expect later
I don't see it going below 100 anytime soon, but 600 is also impossible. Probably the price will bounce between 200 and 400 for many months. On what basis are devs thinking that the coin will succeed? Should we believe that new functions will attract investors? Those that were already launched did not. Contracts etc. are great concepts but that's not what makes investors happy - promoting those features does.
Main question: if you think that this coin will grow, what makes you think that?

I don't have my items either. I don't have as much faith in SYS as I did, and I'm not trying to FUD. I have no idea of their roadmap or why no one seems to have received their keychains (lol). Right now I'd be happy to break even, but I'm pretty sure I'm going to cash out at a loss.

Can someone provide a run down of what happened? Was this a scam or just people dumped it into the ground?

It wasn't (isn't) a scam, but it might be mismanaged into the ground. What happened was that the wallets didn't work correctly on launch and people went berserk. The devs were put under a lot of pressure by people screaming 'scam,' so they pushed out another wallet fairly quickly. People started dumping to heck and back, and THAT wallet (unfortunately) was very buggy, causing more screaming. Finally the devs got a working wallet and clean blockchain out, but by that time a lot of people had dumped, a lot of FUD had been spread and the value of the coin had dropped considerably. Now with the reputation all gone to hell, I for one am not sure that Syscoin can recover and break even at this point.

It's a dud. Ah, who would have thought that things would change in 2 years... Now Syscoin is in poloniex. I don't know what happened to this coin but it got pumped to 1299 satoshi which is higher than its opening price on bittrex. Does anyone know what is with the sudden interest on this coin? I thought this coin was dead.

This is one big lesson for any coin developer this one huge blunder cause a lot of thing,Also doubt if it can recover because of mismanagement on the part of the devs, but I'm sure they will launch a new coin again and it will be successful..

Fall. What did they do today that was different than yesterday, which would cause it to rise overall?

Fall. What did they do today that was different than yesterday, which would cause it to rise overall? Maybe speculation or some groups decided to manipulate the price so it could rise up int the market i don't see this coin as worthy investment there are other coins that;s worth your money

This thread is pretty lame. A bunch of comments from people who know nothing about Syscoin, which is actually a cryptocurrency with some pretty game changing features for ecommerce. Get real info on Syscoin at http://www.syscoin.orgAnd check out the Syscoin bitcointalk thread here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=757255Get real on Syscoin, it's shaping up to be a big one
