If I no longer have access to the phone number for 2FA, is there any method of logging in?
I still remember the full phone number and have previous texts and login dates still saved.
I understand if not, as that's the entire point of 2FA.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

I'm in the same situation as you, lost access to my old number but do remember the full number.

We care about our valued customers seriously, please contact us here: https://support.hashnest.com/hc/en-us/requests/new, if you have other concerns.

It doesn't seem to work, I just get "There was an error processing your request. Please try again later."

Anyway the price history chart for S15 has been stuck for days.   Seems like someone should be checking on the site everyday.

At our support page, you need to submit a request at top right-hand corner.

Dash, Start, CANN ... the real problem is 660GH is a huge amount of hashing for an X11 coin.  So even if there is profit, the difficulty will soar.   Dash has a lot of hashing and at the current difficulty and pricing you would make over $20/day.

Mine Dash coin, total hashrate is 3214.83TH/s now.
Model STU-U6 from StrongU mining X11 algorithm with a maximum hashrate of 660Gh/s for a power consumption of 1300W.

5000 of the U6 mining dash would double the hash rate.  That should be factored in when determining a possible ROI.   Likely means the earnings would about 1/3 what they are now.  (Rewards maybe only 1/2 but power cost is constant.)   The U6 sounds very powerful but the value will depend on the cost.   The best bet at winning is to be one of the first one in.

Still didn't work, always get taken to a login page when I'm already logged in.  If you log in and try again the same thing happens.   However someone fixed the S15 history.  Thanks I guess.

Is the support@hashnest.com email not still actively checked?

@hashnest did you get anywhere with the new app or does the old one work yet? I'm interested as well as the other user if you can get something working.

I think the 1% commission fee on S15 hash is excessive.  Angry  It seems to be 10x what it should be.   Mining often only results a 2% or 3% over months and then to charge another 1% on trading the hash seem greedy.   Hashnest is already collecting money upfront and then a daily maintenance fee.

Monitor the market before selling... There's points where the price goes up and down throughout the day more than 1%.

Currently the market is so thinly traded that doesn't work very very well for more than 1 TH.  Also the spread between bit and ask is typically a 2 to 3 percent.  When a price is put int often small orders will be put in right above or below the one put in.  Maybe a few people are using scripts to do that.   While it is good that we can sell, it was better before when the market was more liquid.   I don't really have a problem with a commission, I just think that now it is set extremely high.   Remember a couple years ago there wasn't any commission.

However ... the 20% discount on power has been extended for another month, so at least that is some compensation!  Cheesy   If that deal just stayed on for good it would more than make up for the high sells commission.

Did you not fancy trying bitdeer in the gap between hashnest not existing?

I'm fully on bitdeer. I'll come back to hashnest when we get close to a full on bull run.

Did you get in before the prices were increased to the current levels?   bitdeer is interesting because you are directly connected to a pool.   However it seems that it was a lot cheaper in March.   I was all in LTC and switch back to BTC when it was at 0.018+ BCT/LTC.  I was lucky but I didn't really know about bitdeer then.

I bought 5 more S15 miners so I be back in at hashnest.  Cost was almost 0.92 BTC.  Hopefully I'll get out with more than one BTC.

Bitdeer is fixed length but maintenance, but the costs are fixed.   Hashnest you can sell the hashing but over time the value of the hashing will decrease.   The big risk is if BTC price tanks ... in 10 days you can lose everything.

I think I put 1.5BTC into hashpower (paying electricity at the same time).I was trying to use it as a mixing service (with a hopeful profit)... It is actually the only reason I bought so much hashing power otherwise I'd have stopped at 100THs and just gone with that. 120 days is quite long but I think it's nicer than how stuff is done with hashnest as you can sort of guarentee you will get a few of your btc back at least (and with hashnest you'll get an unprofitible miner you've spent $200 on)...

With the way things are going you may get a reasonable profit.   I'm surprised that the hashing rate is as flat as it has been.  I guess having BCH and other sha256 coins is helping the mining.

Overall I haven't done well with cloud mining and I'm a lot more cautious than I used to be.   While there are things I don't like about Hashnest ... it is actually a much better company that many I've dealings with.

BTC is up to 5422 ... That makes S15 price only 0.18184163 btc or 0.00649435 BTC / TH.

The interesting thing is after I bought 5 on Sunday the stock was down to 20.  When I just check it was back up to 27.   So that is probably why it isn't already at zero.

Do I wish I waited?   Probably but one can never be sure.   I thought BTC would revisit $4900 before going higher again.   That is why I'm still working.

LATER:  Down to 20 S15 miners again and now only 0.17693267 / 28TH
