Please increase the fee for your btc withdrawals, my withdrawal have been unconfirmed for 24 hours.
6.747 sat/B fee is too low with the current mempool state.

Curious why the G32 is not selling. Seems to be the best nominal value among Hashnest offerings.

Curious why the G32 is not selling. Seems to be the best nominal value among Hashnest offerings. People likely find it too risky for the price of $3999 that Hashnest is offering for those units. Profitability does look very attractive right now but that will likely change very quickly after Innosilicon and Obelisk start shipping out units and people start mining. It's likely due to these or similar reasons that the STU-U6 is still in stock as well, though that miner mines Dash and is currently priced at $1599 and should be delivered to accounts sometime in July instead of August for the G32.

I agree with this, I am okay paying a higher fee to get a higher transaction fee added to the withdraw.

Why do sites like this never make it manual? It's one transaction per withdraw. At least make three options (1 sat per byte, 8 sats per byte or rediculous )...

What would be better is if they ensure that one of their pools include these transactions in the blocks that their pools mine, if other pools don't pick them up. Could it really be that hard? Plus, don't they charge a 100K sat withdraw fee? I suspect they don't actually include the whole 100k withdraw fee in the transaction fees when they do the withdrawal transactions...

GRIN is not a well known coin? 3 months is a bit too long for a pre-order, especially for an asic with a brand new algo, no asic is out yet, and no one can be sure those will be out on time with the advertised specs. here's an interesting read about it: https://www.grin-forum.org/t/rip-grin-mining-weak-outlook-for-c32-hardware/4996Oh and GRIN is a well known coin

Another suggestion I have is to add blocks/payouts data to your API, thanks!

Curious why the G32 is not selling. Seems to be the best nominal value among Hashnest offerings. Besides the problems of a 3 month wait greatly increasing risk, the market will also likely be in the USDT which even adds a great deal more risk. I know that is preventing me from expanding at Hashnest. Most of the USDT markets aren't very active.

if the price was around 2000 dollars then we could risk but 4000 is excessive, in fact now they have sold only one

The btc withdrawal issue is bad, one tx unconfirmed for 4 days now, and a new one was sent with a very low fee as well:
Fees 0.0000168 BTC Fee per byte 6.747 sat/B
While the withdrawal fee is 0.0004 btc on your website.
This is a real problem right now, please fix this!

Ok both transaction confirmed, still 4 days is way too long to wait! I agree. The customer pays 40000 sats and Bitmain only uses 1680 sats to pay the fee. This is outrageous. Do you happen to know which pool finally included the block? Chances are good that it was one of Bitmain's pools. If so, they got to pocket the whole 40k sats and you got to wait four days. This makes Walmart's lines look like a customer service dream in comparison.

They should charge some fee extra as they have to move your coins into cold storage. However, I don't see why companies like this can't use dynamic fees or ask people to manually se their own fees themselves (with a recommended fee as an autofill)...

None of the blocks was mined by Antpool, but it's urgent, this should be fixed, I was about to pay $18 to accelerate the transaction with another pool. Indeed dynamic fee would be the best solution to use, they should use fee estimation built in bitcoin core (estimatesmartfee).

Hello!
We would like thank everyone for their feedback and suggestions with regards to the withdrawal fee. We will definitely take them into consideration and are working on improving the withdrawal fees already.
Also, about GRIN, yes the risks are higher as opposed to its short estimated ROI and profitability. BUT!! Grin prices have been going up.
Perhaps it’s time to get one unit and try out yourselves!
On other side note, StrongU U6 is sold out! Thanks everyone for the support. Next batch will coming out soon. We will keep you all posted.

When you don't own any Grin, the price going up isn't a good metric because more mining will start up and the difficultly increases meaning you will mine fewer coins. Also if you are really pushing Grin miners, you might start by putting up the correct units. It is GPS (Graphs per Second) not GHS. This can be verified at https://www.innosilicon.com/html/grin-miner/index.html
