Dear users,
Thank you so much for your patience!
With regards to the power blackout of our mining farm last week, we are pleased to announce that power is being restored gradually. BTC40W payout will be allocated today(BeiJing Time 11:30am, 27 May 2020). Z11 miners will resume tomorrow. Other miners will resume these days.
Affected users are advised to check their payouts and wallet balances.
Hashnest once again apologises for all inconvenience caused. Hashnest will be committed to build a better experience for everyone.

Is there a way to lower the BTC withdraw fee?
.004 is pretty high, perhaps one free withdraw when the pool finds a block per month, or set your own transaction fee?

trading /usd is not apropriate for 2 reasons, bcs profits are not in usd, so fresh buys cant be done with mined crypto, u have to go out from exchange and back back in with tether to do that. Thats the first problem, second one is you cant set price 0.9 only 1.1, 1.2 etc...thats the other bad thing

I'd also like to say I liked it when the market was based on the currency mined, not USDT.
That way you can quickly reinvest your mining into more shares. This is both good for Hashnest to grow, and for users.
Having an exchange planned to help with this will be great, but why not just keep it the way it was?

K5 market doesnt work, no buyers, even if buyers its not working  , 0.XY price cant be set /usd or /ckb (CKB would may be get some buyers )  ,...and why K5 not 0.0055KWH  otherwise great u decrease for others,...well done, wish i havent bought K5s so sad haha As we set minimum price for K5 at 1USDT/G, so majority orders have been matched at 1USDT/G. The buyers have mined one and half month, and if now sell at 1130 USDT, already get their principal back. |

For me, it seems the KWH for prepurchased electricity is still being charged 0.075 and not 0.055.
Unless the discount happens during purchase, and not as it is used.

As we may offer different discounts from time to time, and for different miners, it's better to happen when it is used.  |
