It seems perhaps for those with prepaid electric, the old price is still being charged?

Dear users,

Since the relocation of our mining farm (1 May 2020), our mining farm has experienced many times unusual power blackouts. Due to uniform dispatching of government, these power blackouts are beyond the control of Hashnest. Although, we have negotiated with power station many times, it has happened from time to time. To solve this problem, we are going to relocate to our new mining farm from 1 July 2020.

We have planed the most efficient way to move miners in batches gradually while minimising disruptions to users. Each batch will be packed, moved and resumed in 24 hours. We will move S17 miners on 1 July, and S15, BTC55W, BTC40W, Z11 and U6 in turns. K5 miners will not be moved and affected.

Thank you all for your kind understanding and support. We will continue to provide users safe, stable and first-class services.

I assume someone has some inside information, as the buy walls have all been fully destroyed by what looks like panic selling.

My payouts have been under half of what the estimator says and other calculators, and that's before any fees or electric.
My electric rate has also still been 0.075 though they said it would be 0.055
Also it seems you're unable to sell on the market below certain values, 5 USDT for A11 for example, which are no longer realistic given the new pricing.

I had a car accident and I was unconscious for two years. I put more than 15 BTC in the cloud mining. When I came back, I entered my account. I did not find my money, so I asked you where is my money this your reply:

Quote
I have checked you have 164615 GH S9 hashrates and 3600M L3 hashrates in your account.

For those who have missed our redemption period and have not redeemed their S9 hashrates into miners, here’s another option for you.

Every 12500GH S9 hashrates can redeem one US $ 100 coupon. I can help you to redeem 16 * 100USD coupons by using your S9 and L3 hashrates.

This is not equivalent to even 1% of my money !!

Hello
What's going on with Z11 payments last 3 days? It's completely low. Like in 3-4 times lower than a other calculators said (with using same mantinace fee as on hashnest)

For last day 1xZ11 (135 KSOL/S) on hashnest:

PPS Payout / 1 Day
1.34243 USD

Maintenance fee / 1 Day
0.40876 USD

Earnings / 1 Day
0.93367 USD

But in any other calculators (135 KSOL/s, 0.40876 USD fee) you can see earning about 4 USD. Something going wrong here ...

Maybe it's due to the move of all the farms?

Thanks HASHNEST for the update

By the way, I just realized why you start selling K Sol/s for $5  Wink
To avoid disappointed people to sell their mining power during the period of moving your farm, because the payout will be on hold a few days  Grin
Smart and is nothing bad.
Will be great if you continue to sell K Sol/s for $5 after the moving is finish Smiley Because after payout comes to normal will have a lot of people who looking to buy Smiley

Just my two cents.

i also dont like unliqudity, if the buying hash could be in mined coins, liqudity would go up, if liquidtiy would go up, i have no problem putting each month fresh capital, go out, and in to trade margin, earn more putting more etc,...but since that option curently is not possible i see no reason of putting fresh cash into cloud mining, only what i can do is wait for mining coins, ...pitty it used to be something else.

We are moving Z11 to new mining farm, payout will restored in a few days gradually.

Dear HashNest

Today is day 10 when paymets of Z11 are about from 1/4 to 1/2 of what they should be
The question is: when we all will see normal payments from Z11?

Same issue here, and electric fee is still 0.075
