I have contacted the owner "dhavin" and he told me he was going to look into it. He has been putting in a lot of effort for even for this single user problem. It did take some time but he always updated me via PM and assured he was working on the problem and checking the logs carefully in order to find out the problem and solve it. I have to say i was very impressed with his honest effort and how serious he is taking his online work. I recommend every faucet user to visit his faucet and not worry about payment risks. He told me in his last PM that he is about to find out the total amount i was supposed to recieve via my referrals and he will transfer the amount today. Thank you very much "dhavin". Bitcoin community needs more people like you. Please see below copy of the last PM i have receieved from him.

I believe this is resolved and should not be an issue for anyone in the future. I've implemented a 100% commission rate for the rest of March and will be coming out with level bonuses very shortly! EDIT: Permanently improved odds to win a prize and quicker silver, gold and platinum tickets.
