Yeah, sorry, but there are far too many bots and abuse running through proxies and we finally got to a point where we had to do something about it.
And while I absolutely respect the desire for privacy on the web, in this case it comes down to either being able to pay most people, or lose the site.

But I am not using any proxy or any thing like this but still unable to use this site and now may be I lost my all amount  |

Thank you for the payments. I have a question regarding the bonus system. I do make sure to claim at least once a day, however sometimes my level falls back to 1 and i don`t really understand why? Am i doing something wrong? Your feedback will be appreciated. |

Level:
Gain 1 level for each card you collect a reward from.
Levels improve your base payout (non-prize winning) by 1% per level. If you hover over the CLAIM ### button on a losing card it will show you the breakdown. They also improve referral rates.
Every 15 minutes, a cron checks to see if each player has played AND received payment for a card in the last 24 hours. If they have, it does nothing. If they have not claimed a payment from a card in the past 24 hours, it reduces their level by 10 (40 per hour beyond 24 hours until it is reduced to zero).
All loyalty reward bonuses on other sites that I am aware of, are set to zero at that point, but we offer a small grace window. If you have concerns about a specific time period, I can look.

Thank your for detailed answer. I think this makes it clear for me now. I don`t have a question about specific time fram since i claim in different times everyday. |
