Day 12 Comparison Video
http://youtu.be/r0nrdoKavcY

Payments were as follows:

Genesis Mining 10 GH/s contract  0.00015151 BTC
Gaw Miners Genesis Hashlet        0.00020084 BTC

Genesis Mining 1 MH/s contract   0.00044169 BTC
GAW Waffle Hashlet                     0.00042250 BTC
GAW Zen Hashlet                         0.00044241 BTC

Ian

Seems the Zen Hashlet is consistently coming out on top if even by a small amount. Thanks for doing this comparison.  Cheesy

Are there altcoins available on Zen ?

I am interested if there is option to get POT or DRK, even BC was fine for me, putting all your marbles in one bowl does not seem to me like a good practice.
The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

Ian, are you planning to add ZeusHash to your comparison, as you stated in this thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=813407.0) that you bought some hashing power there Wink

Not sure yet...I would have definitely have done that if they had started at the same time.

yeah, it took them some time to get it up and running + the closed beta phase before going public.

Besides I would only compare the SHA256 payouts because Zeus Hash only pays out LTC with scrypt and I think the scrypt payouts might be ok with Zeushash according to coinwarz anyway.

But the interface on Zeushash doesn't seem as friendly either..Anyway, I just got it to try out...

In your opinion, is more comfortable investing in Genesis or Gaw? Genesis seems more legit.

Depends really, I like GAW Miners and I do like GM.

The Zen pool and the Hashlet Zen are paying out pretty well at the moment compared to their other products.

I would keep an eye on GM though as well, as they have X11 and even possibly, from what I have read on the web from Blog sites, X13 contracts as well coming soon.

So that would help perhaps with the BTC payouts each day as they have been going down and down, all of the pools, waflle pool, cleverpool etc etc are having lower payments.

The only one that does not seem to be affected is the Zenpool.

GM do offer a good deal with their 1 MH/s contract though, the payouts do seem lower at the moment compared to the zen, but the difference in satoshi every day is just a cent or two each day. The Zen has to eat  almost 3 USD away (Zen costs 20.95 compared to 17.99 for GM) from those payouts before it can be a true beater and reach ROI first and so far it is only eaten away 26 cents, so a way to go yet.

Zen do have features coming soon for the Hashlets as well, which you will need Hashpoints for.

Anyway, they are just my thoughts.

I have my own miners and I make more money from those miners than my investment in genesis. Zenminer makes the most. Every miner I bought I backed up on zen bought the exact amount of hashlets and on genesis the same mh of that miner so I have basically one machine on three different platforms. Between the three zen comes out tops everytime. Then my miners then genises. I have in 25 days built up between my miners, and zen 0ver 600 mh. zen pays , genesis is scam and my miners pay.
