Maybe it will affect the use of VPN unless you use the premium version, you should check for network-related problems, the possibility of automatic IP usage on IPv4 without us knowing it will affect internet speed, so you have to change to default on all network settings and reconnect , I hope this helps.

You cant compare one site to other sites as each site has its own policy and rule about any offer.
