You only need to monitor your FortuneJack account because I don't think it's finished yet, there are still a few more codes that haven't not yet been down, so you have to be ready if FJ lowers the code.

Why,, so recently I contacted support via FortuneJack's website and got a reply just waiting for a few minutes, so for me about the support it's fine they always answer it.
