I know it isn’t the biggest deal, but this last deposit took four hours after I contacted them. I was depositing to wager on a specific match and missed the match because of it.

You should not blame the Casino for missing it since they have no control about the confirmation of your deposit. You knew already that they are not crediting your deposit instantly if it only has one confirmation as you stated that this already occur on your last 3 deposit yet you still deposit using Bitcoin with the time in conflict to the match that you are gonna made bet. Checking mempool and depositing accordingly based on what would be the quickest fee structure is a very difficult thing but a must if you want to gamble. I think it's no problem being on this platform, I'm a Fortujack user with absolutely no objections about it even being used to it so I know what the rules are in FJ.
I'm not sure you deposit and then withdraw again, lol, still it needs to be wagered so you can deposit 2x to be able to withdraw it so try to understand first about Fortunejack, I think it's been a long time since Fortunejack has implemented withdrawals and deposits, there is absolutely no change .
