I tested Mega Moolah, works fine on my end, it's Flash based game so the problem is most likely with it.

Make sure you have latest version of Adobe Flash Player.

Agree with you, the poker room in fortunejack is best i have played in nitrogensports site and seen that the users are manipulating the game and it is scam. I also have asked so many times but still the answer is wait.

Yes I got that email also but I got that email last Thursday/Friday and looks like I still can't withdraw the affiliate earnings. Its stuck on pending since Friday. And the fee is 25%.

Hopefully Fortunejack can chime in and let us know what the withdraw fee will be?

I think they have removed it at the same time when they launched the new affiliate program. I'm not really sure about it, so you can always ask live support if it is an urgent information for you. I'm sure they will give faster answer through the live support.

It does not make senses if the fee of withdrawing affiliate commission is 25% and it is probably the first affiliate program that using fee as I have never heard any other sites do the same before. Anyone knows a site that charges a fee for withdrawing affiliate commission except fortunejack?

That code means the country associated with your IP is not allowed access as far as i'm aware (its a limitation imposed by microgaming rather than fortune jack).
