Are there any known issues with withdrawals? I requested one yesterday, got on-screen info that it has been approved but nothing came through yet
Have you contacted the support already? I remember they have live chat support now, just talk with the support agent, is faster than here. |

Did you check your email id associated to that site , as they send the withdrawal email to confirm it, so that if anyone has hacked your account they cannot withdraw it without your consent, If that is not the problem , then i think you have to wait here for the admin to reply or just go to live support , they may be helpfull but i am in doubt as i have seen most of them are just a dump chatters who dont know much about the site details. |

Did you check your email id associated to that site , as they send the withdrawal email to confirm it, so that if anyone has hacked your account they cannot withdraw it without your consent, If that is not the problem , then i think you have to wait here for the admin to reply or just go to live support , they may be helpfull but i am in doubt as i have seen most of them are just a dump chatters who dont know much about the site details. I didn't receive any email, nor was I asked to wait for one. I got an instant on-screen message that my withdrawal has been approved and my balance was reduced accordingly. I did reset my password shortly before that, but don't think that could cause any issues. I'll check my FJ account when I'm back home to see if there's any message and will contact support if no luck. |

Have you received any confirmation email? Check your status is still pending or what, It's showing pending then wait for some time it will take much time to deposit amount. For security purpose, the FJ site is taking the time to deposit your amount. If this is fine then check your mail you have received any confirmation mail or not. Just reply that mail you will get your amount within few minutes. |

Anyhow, my bad, I should've checked my messages sooner. |

Any time frame on bringing cash back online?
Hopefully they bring in some lower limits to establish more of a base,its a bit chilling to sit down at higher limits not knowing how it will play out.
On top of the rest of the table tending to be from Argentina,optics override and I tend to stay clear.
Lower limits around 10NL and 25NL would be great.

-Take the cap off freebitcoins in dice
-Bring back freerolls
- Establish lower limits for poker
- Create a area that does not cater specifically to Argentinians
The cap on dice is silly,since it is my experience that working from that small amount is near impossible and takes tremendous patience to get anywhere near .0001. Most attempts for me that involve allin at 80% end up at zero for the most part,so you really are not creating traffic by putting a cap in place.
Freerolls as much as it attracted cheaters allowed people to test the poker platform and see if they where comfortable playing on the site. It also allowed players to work their way up from nothing and would have grown the poker field if you adopted the next issue.
Lower limits attract more players and would help you have ongoing traffic. Instead you are drying up at the tables at weak hours and people are heading to other sites.
.01/.02,.05/.01,.25/.50 would be a great start. These limits you currently offer are appearing like a place to sit in and get shark attacked by a collusion ring. More players less chance of collusion.
The site used to run like it cared about bringing people into the fold but lately I just see most aspects looking you are fine with the players Red Argentina has and calling it a day. No give away's here other than the signature campaign.
Last time I post in here as it does seem like the signature campaign gets more attention these days.

I have had really bad communication with their customer support and their hasn't been any update here in such a long time, disappointing since I wanted to deposit today but feel uneasy with such bad support staff. |

They have rules for the game they don't post so once you win via email they change up how the game works and say you must do this and that and since you didn't you don't win.
