Hello FJ, Why does I can't play mega moolah? An error code appear every time I open it and it says to contact support. Is this related on my country policy or on my laptop itself? I hope that you can help me. I want play that game so badly. Thanks |

Just wanna report a small visual bug on Game Art Endorphina slot games mobile version, my balance shown as btc instead of mbtc so if I have 10mbtc balance then it will show as 10btc. Not so serious bug, but sometimes it makes me a little bit confuse and surprised to see my balance jump up too much lol.
Edit : sorry it is not GameArt but Endorphina.
The bug is still exist, when it will be fixed? I have reported to support@fortunejack.com as well with a screenshot to make it clear. Hope you work on it fast, today I see my balance is 84btc while opening 2016 Gladiator  |

on safari, chrome, and firefox on my mac. is there something wrong with my computer? Perhaps my flash player? I can't imagine it's an OS specific thing considering flash is multiplatform
That code means the country associated with your IP is not allowed access as far as i'm aware (its a limitation imposed by microgaming rather than fortune jack). I think it might be it. |

Last time I checked news about FJ's poker room a new version of it was under development. I tested Poker Room just now, as you can still click the link to it ( https://fortunejack.com/poker/)and it seems it is still not operational, you will just see blank page with no content. |

As I can see there are no such winners as you stated:  But there are still 7 "not identified" slots available for rewards for 7 more luckiest players. |

I think it is because there were two similar usernames on yesterday draw, but those two username did not win it as the usernames are not highlighted. I also curious about those usernames because identically similar "godpandaxx". |

to clarified my previous post, it was sarcasm and wasn't blamed fortunejack directly just highlighted the fact that 3 days ago a user named GodPandaXX won the luckyjack promotion and did claimed his price then yesterday the same nickname but with newer version got drawn...

It is nothing to do with the site for your losses because these gambling games need only luck to win money. As long as the site is fair and low house edge then we can't complain. And as per me, Fortunejack is well trusted by many members on this forum and old site. Gamble for entertainment and if you're lucky then surely you will make some profit or just enjoy your favourite games. |

Better luck next time mate since dice games do really need some luck in order to win and rest assured that FJ do have fair system which you cant really blame off when you do make lose on a certain game. Maybe tommorow you have some luck and do play again on fortunejack.Dont treat this lose as a final game for you. Good luck |

I dont think so, once you clicked the "Try Luck" button then you have just used your chance on that day. Means once you used it and you did not win then you should wait for the next day to get another chance. Anyway I have one question to FJ, is there any ways to see the complete winner lists since the 1st day of the luckyjackpromo? |

I have reported to support@fortunejack.com as well with a screenshot to make it clear. About the forum, yeah! I think it is high time to create your own forum too. As I think there are more players at Fortune Jack than there is anywhere else. Well, almost every sites have bug bounty program. i myself have had reported 2 bugs(not serious ones) i think and have gotten 20 mBTC as a reward. if you find some serious bug(s) you could get huge reward! |
