Since these games are luck based so no need to worry much or upset for not winning. Just try your luck once in a while and your turn also will come one-day. One time I was rolling dice with 10% winning a chance with a small amount and changed to 0.001 bet amount by thinking I switched to 50% winning chance and continue rolling. But still, it was rolling at 10% and luckily got win very soon and I looked at my winning money was 0.1+BTC. It was a surprise to me and lucky too otherwise I might have lost all my bankroll very soon.

It was about .27   

I contacted them and they have told me that its a issue with BitGo taking time to confirm, and its out of there control. Then I contacted BitGo and they tell me it has over 555 confirmations and was sent and should be there. Fortune Jack says my BTC is secure and not to worry its taking time but its been since the 7th and they closed my support tickets with a resolved status. No Btc in my account. This is frustrating.......

I Think its a Bug in the way they receive BTC from one fortune jack account to another fortune jack account. But They insist there is no bug, and its BitGos issue and they have no control. I have not heard a response yet but my three trouble tickets are closed and I'm left in the dark with no answer to the missing 0.27816337 BTC. I was curious to see if anybody had similar issues.

Update: Fortune Jack has taken care of it and has deposited the funds. So far they have been legit and though at times a slow process, they do take care of their players. On top of that won 2.0 BTC with it! Thanks fortune jack! The only place I ever won big more than once!
