I am trying it even before 7 months everyday and never got lucky there. But I have seen many users winning multiple times there within a week so I think you can keep trying till you will win there. Alongside you can try your luck with other games there.

LOL, you Fortunejack signature carriers really need to quit sucking FJ's D!ck. FJ has tons a problems and it all starts with their poor CS training. I had issue with ETH withdrawal not to long ago and lost money when i finally did received it. CS act like they were just as dumb as the day they were trained.

Agree, Their CS department needs proper training and power to be able to fix problems. But apart from that it's a great casino.

It looks like they have given a limited access to all their customer support team so when you ask some technical issues then they can only tell you to wait for their team members to check and help you out. But sometimes when people are in a hurry this kind of answer will disappoint users. FJ should find ways to improve on these long time issues.

Just to clear some misconceptions about Customer Support. People working at CS are not exactly ultimate solvers of your every problem.
Sometimes when unknown, new and deep hidden glitch appears in the system they have no means of helping you without forwarding the case to the higher department, like IT guys or something.
Don't be bashful and think that CS guys are not helping you because they are stupid, useless or get pleasure by being unhelpful.

Lottery will give you less chance than the luckyjack promo IMO and you need to buy it everyday while luckyjack only need to deposit 0.01 (total) in order to be eligible on the draw. I'm not a fan of this luckyjack promo, but if you compare it with lottery then I'll go for the luckyjack.

It has been suggested previously i think, current one is good actually 100 mbtc to 10 winners. perhaps it needs some fine-tuning like wager 5 mbtc(on any game) everyday to have higher chance at winning.

I agree, I had experienced some withdrawal problems with FJ but then their CS are so responsive and after waiting they all go through.  We should understand that CS people are not Tech people who process withdrawal.  They are here to assist us if ever we have inquiries or problem.  All we need to do is have patience and do not be rude to these people.  It may take minutes to days depends on the security issue involved with your withdrawal.  If it comes out clean then you can have your money but if it has some issues then their CS will get back at you and tell you about the problem.  So far my experience with them with regards to Customer Service and assistance is excellent.  That is for me.

I agree but somehow other have ideas too that may probably contradict with your idea.  Just example, I believe that the current luckyjack setup is fine.  For the same reason as BTCevo.

Sure it is too low but higher chances to win is still better than lower chance as you may win it everyday. Probably you win it 2-5 times or even more in a month, for me it is even better than win 0.1btc but it may takes years to win as the chance is so low. Of course we have our own opinion about this, but I have to agree with gio's idea.
