Look they are around here from long time and has very good reputation so far. I do not think for 0.2 BTC they are going to risk their reputation.  If they have standard procedure to follow then they will follow and asking 2 days is not that long to wait. We understand that you are frustrated on how the events turn on your side but the best thing to do is to chill out mate if you didn't violate any of their terms then your withdrawals will be processed on the said timeline maybe they just found something suspicious that's why they do a sort of investigation on your account. Well, keep calm, guy. You said that you have been using their platform for a year, you should understand their safety and reputation to the present.
