If you read the TAC of the promotion you mentioned.  It has many requirements.  First, the 15% cashback available on losses should only come from your deposits.  Second, you must be able to deposit at least 0.1 BTC, not including the deposit bonus within one month to qualify.  Thirdly, there is a mention of the Loyalty Program, but when I click on the hyperlink to see more details.  "The Page does not exist" came out.  Fourth, cashback is only valid for 10 days.  If it is not used or redeemed, it will be removed.  80% of your deposits must be lost.

Yeah, there is always technical problems in coding world that could screw up at any time, so even if there was one which I doubt there was it could be understandable time to time.

But "money" related ones? There has been zero cases that fortunejack was accused of and found guilty, and in 6 years that is a huuuuge accomplishment.

I never understood why slots were this much important in casino world, I get it because my wife plays it constantly so I do not deny that some people prefer it but obvious from the SP situation that even casinos do care about it more than they care about other games, it is just a focus point for all casinos.
