Living in lock down is really frustrating but in last few days I am in good as just few days back I have an email from Bill Gates as he wants to give me 500 Million USD for some business but I ignore and today I have an email from FJ as they are giving me again 5 mBTC is I am alone or any one else have this email and bonus from this casino. Cheesy
LoL, I'd really hope everyone can get an offer from Bill or even from FJ. Though they really have a bonus promotions for Deposits right now, so it's not just 5mBTC...
Oh well just be careful when opening emails randomly, some if it might be spam and may lead you to phishing sites. There are a lot of users who abuse this pandemic thing so they could also use promotions from certain Companies such as this.
I am even luckier, a Nigerian Prince wants me to take his money out because there was a civil war in their nation (weird there is no news about it anywhere but I guess mainstream media wants to hide it from us) and his money got stuck in Swiss Banks, if I send him 500 dollars, he could use that to take his money out and he will split the 20 million dollars with me, so for 500 dollars I will get 10 million dollars!! Cheesy.

But jokes aside not everyone has to get the mails at the same time, check out the email that you received it from, not the BB though because they are smart enough to add FJ to bb and still send a mail with a weird address, if the mail you received is actually from FJ it will show on the senders mail address. Checking if anyone else got it may not work since you may got it for doing something.

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

I haven't received my BTC in full, and it has a deduction of somewhat fees like 0.00035, I guess...

BTC withdrawal transactions only:

Withdrawal fee depends on the following parameters:

-How many bytes do the transaction include. It is difficult to define mentioned parameter prior the withdrawal request.
-How fast should the transfer be performed. In FJ’s case it is equal approximately 20-25 minutes.
They have taken withdrawal fee from me too last time...

So these parameters are true because last week I got the full payment with no fees deducted at all, but this time I paid a fee of 0.00068837 BTC, which is almost 2 times more from what Cabalism13 paid. I have to admit that it was almost an instant transaction (if not confirmations), like always.

We can see that indeed fees are not equal and sometimes BTC withdrawals are even fee-free.

I have a suggestion: if the fee depends on time, then it would be great to have an option to choose a longer withdrawal time for no or smaller fee.

20 years back there was too many schemes and scams like this as I personally have few calls about this from few countries because I was very new on phone and my dutry was to receive calls so sometime have HH and sometime LandLord was personally on line for discussion about business but this all gone as we cut our line and then for few years have never any telephone.

This is what I am going to follow too. There are no harm in it.

I was in my Uni at that time and found this email in my inbox. It was well composed and my young curious mind wanted to see if this is real. After some long conversation for few weeks I gave up knowing that it really is a scam. That was a nice learning period for me.

This guy gets it. I made a small withdrawal a couple days ago, and the tx fee was around 30 sats which was a bit on the overpaying side, IMO. I mean, i don't have a problem with this new system (unless fees go up to late 2017 levels lol), but tbh, I would like to decide whether I want to pay a high or low fee.

Hopefully in next few days they will give any update about this all because its very important issue and they need to discuss about this with all customers even its not problem for many but still they have to be give all information about this.

I also thought about that too, I think they have should sent and email to everyone regarding this update instead of implementing it in just a blink of an eye, although these fees are somewhat small but when it comes to bigger amount it is not...

I don't think its bad that FortuneJack is charging a withdraw fee, I am actually surprised that they didn't introduce it in 2017-2018 when the fees were crazy high for transactions. I remember back then I think FJ paid like $50 per withdraw and I felt bad that they were losing so much money due to fees back then.

Now the fees are more fair, especially on the bitcoin network. Out of all the bitcoin services and exchanges that I use, they and Gemini are the only ones that DON'T charge for withdraw fees. Everything else out there has been charging for withdraw for years.

Even Poloniex back in the <$1000 days still charged a fixed fee of 0.00010000 Sats per withdraw even when the network was pretty much empty. They could of waived the fee but they charged it anyways.

I think 2.5 bucks for a withdrawal is not really that bad neither, if that is the max cap I would totally agree that it should be around that level, anything substantial that should be sent very quickly will take a bit of time. Plus they probably do this with a lot of withdrawals as well at any time which makes their transactions bigger and bigger, which costs a lot more for the top heavy and a lot less for the smaller transactions.

However if this is not the max and it could be more than 2.5 dollars, that starts to go into levels of danger, I wouldn't suggest them to have like 10 bucks per withdrawal thing no matter how much someone withdraws, even if it is thousands of dollars it should be at max 3 bucks or so, bitcoin is not really that expensive to send or receive.

@adaseb what were FJ thinking when they were paying $50 in fees and not collecting it back from the end user, and honestly this is a standard practise that many casinos do so I don’t think that people should get upset about paying a small fee as FJ also needs to take care of it’s expenses.

I think 2.5 bucks for a withdrawal is not really that bad neither, if that is the max cap I would totally agree that it should be around that level, anything substantial that should be sent very quickly will take a bit of time. @TheGreatPython I totally agree with you that the fees should not be more than $2.5, unless the network is flooded and there’s no option but to charge high fees to make sure the transaction goes through.

You people are so darn stupid. Its clear FJ is struggling and yet you continue to defend them. No casino should be charging a fee to withdrawal via cryptocurrency. Only an idiot will think otherwise. FJ is heading downhill (Extreme delayed withdrawals, poorly trained staff, understaff, canceled sports betting, questionable dice games, blocking affiliates, etc.)  and yet you diehards will continue to sail on this sinking ship...

@Lucky7btc
You are free to use whatever alternative casino you want. Nobody is forcing you to use FortuneJack or follow their thread for that matter.
Why would you even follow what is being written about a "struggling" and "downhill moving" casino? Wink

...FJ is heading downhill (Extreme delayed withdrawals, poorly trained staff, understaff, canceled sports betting, questionable dice games, blocking affiliates, etc.)  and yet you diehards will continue to sail on this sinking ship...

Let's break it into pieces:

1. Extreme delayed withdrawals - as for now all my withdrawals from FortuneJack were INSTANT.

2. Poorly trained staff, understaff - two days ago, I had to contact FJ support, I got help via chat and everything took max 10 minutes.

3. Canceled sports betting - I can understand that during the corona crisis many sports events are canceled, so bets have to be canceled also, not much they can do about in my opinion.

4. questionable dice games - never heard about, do you have any solid proofs?

5. blocking affiliates - indeed something changed in the ToS regarding players and affiliates, but nobody is blocking anybody, still one can be FJ affiliate if wish to, additionally, every company can choose                                   their affiliate politics and change or even stop it at any time.

You people are so darn stupid...Only an idiot will think otherwise...you diehards...

When the price of bitcoin was lower I could understand the poloniex 0.0001 bitcoin, because it didn't worth anything at all. However that was back in the day, we need to scale, and what I mean is if bitcoin price reaches to 50k will we still have the same withdrawal fee? When price reaches 100k will the transaction fee be the same? A million dollars? There needs to be a scaling option in general. Hell the price seems to be high enough right now that we need to make it lower and lower.

Segwit helped a lot, LN will be amazing work, but in the end we need to adopt all of them very commonly so that we could make these transactions very cheap, if we do not start using segwit and lightning network very commonly, we are going to keep paying more for the fee.

With all the sudden interest in online poker lately, I was wondering if FJ would be interested in running a poker site and start of poker network for crypto.

Something like what WPN is doing.  Different poker skins but sharing the same player pool under one network.

With all the sudden interest in online poker lately, I was wondering if FJ would be interested in running a poker site and start of poker network for crypto.

Something like what WPN is doing.  Different poker skins but sharing the same player pool under one network.
That's my wish for years, they had an amazing poker game back in 2016 but suddenly they decided to stop it (maybe they had lack of users, I don't know exactly). I guess poker isn't in their to do list cause othetwise they would release their poker or at least join party poker network. So.. I guess there'll be no poker even right now when demand has grown so rapidly (not only on poker but on live blackjack too). Along this, demand on virtual sportsbook has grown too.

@Lucky7btc
You are free to use whatever alternative casino you want. Nobody is forcing you to use FortuneJack or follow their thread for that matter.
Why would you even follow what is being written about a "struggling" and "downhill moving" casino? Wink
I have always believed that there could be two different type of experiences with same place, doesn't have to mean the place is awesome or bad, it just happens that sometimes it changes. For example, you could have withdrawn without a problem and that would be definitely what is expected, another person could withdraw and face a problem because of any reason at all, so it could take longer, or you could face with a support that is very well trained and doing his job awesome, another person could face with someone who is recently hired.

There are obvious stuff of course, like questionable dice games, dice is provably fair thing, it is never questionable, it is either provably fair or not, which is technologically checked if you want and not just make up a guess about it.

Havent really look much deeper yet at the beta site but, the old site look much more pleasing ( it could be just due to my eyes was much accustomed to the old site idk ) but the new beta site really shows professionalism for the site. It could be much better in the future though because this is just beta for now
