Hey ADante / FortuneJack. Just piping in here, in case my support makes a difference, but I do think you need to consider whitelisting or foregoing KYC for trusted accounts on the forum -- at least for what I would consider trivial amounts in the big scheme of things. I know FJ goes back a long way, and I have had a lot of fun and good things with you, before ADante arrived too.
I know everyone would like a practical and easy solution for the trusted, serious gamblers on forum -- Trofo is certainly one of them. Hope you could do something to clear the account.
I really don't know at this point if they can ever get my trust back. This is not first "incident". Last year I got that 1000$ for 100 correct picks in Majestic 7. Let me ask you guys what would you expect from that reward? I know I expected USDT cash. Wanted to make a post about it last year when it happened but it slipped my mind and now I don't even remember exact details. Well it isn't, it is some sort of free bet called somehow else any you have to jump trough hoops to collect it. Just leaves a taste of poor customer care and shiny promotions which actually aren't exactly what they look on first viewing. Only bookie I use where I read all the small print before doing anything and that doesn't feel good. Just for example I am in similar situation with Stake. They are going full KYC route, they warned me several times. And now they are trying to bribe me to do the KYC by offering large bonuses. At no point did they freeze my withdrawals or anything. That is how you talk and care about customer. Ok, I am Platinum 2 member on Stake with my personal VIP manager while I never used FJ a lot just because I always felt they are out to get me

I was ignoring fortunejack topic for a long time but I heard what happened to Trofo and I had come here and say something. Same thing happened with me and FJ excuse was that they cant do anything once legal team takes over the case. Fortunejack confiscated my coins and they created a lot of trouble for mem, since then I am telling everyone to stay away from this casino. If they want to have KYC than make full KYC and dont allow anyone to play without it. It is not OK to steal money from genuine forum members.

I am fully aware FJ is well within their rights to ask KYC at any time but timing is just poor. As I said before, I sort of expected it from FJ.
Yeah, all the licensed casino reserved the right to request KYC verification from their user. There shouldn't be any questions on this matter. But I can see from where the disappointment is coming. Most of us expect a valid reason from the casino for asking the personal documents. You know that you are honest there and haven't done anything suspicious. That's why the KYC verification requirement from FortuneJack looks bad from your side. I have faced the similar issue on a different platform. To be frank, it has become a tradition for the crypto casino to offer this type of free bonuses and promotions to the user. Then they ask the user to complete the identity verification when they try to withdraw by winning something from those free promotions.

Licensed casinos mostly have KYC in their Terms of Service and they can request users to do KYC or even advanced KYC, if they see something suspicious with that account. It can come from an automatic bot and it can be false detection. With manual process, after reviewing results given by a bot, mistake can still be made. So receiving a KYC request is not like the end or big problem with an account. If the account owner has nothing suspicious and he knows that, he can make appeal to the company and wait for appeal peer review. I believe a big casino like Fortune Jack with their business in many years, won't break their reputation and if mistakes made by their team, they will correct it and treat the user fairly.

You guys are not reading or missing my point: 1. I had account for several years there 2. Used the site only occasionally, deposited several times, never tried to withdrew anything. So they only earned money from me. Yes I got some free bets from M7 but even if I converted them, I gambled them all away on FJ 3. First time I try to withdraw, KYC triggers. They didn't have a problem about me depositing one day before. Bet was made on top leagues football games so couldn't be suspicious at all. Since I don't intend to sell my documents for 5.5mBTC I ask politely on live chat if they can cancel my withdraw so I can play with money and either loose it or make it big enough to be worth my time to go over KYC. And I get usual copy paste responses. Since those are all the moves that show how little FJ cares about their customers, I decided I don't want to have anything with them and asked live support to close my account and I left them the money. It is not about the money for me, it is about feeling appreciated. Not like site you are using is gonna try to screw with you at any possible point. As I said before, it is well within their rights, no dispute there. I am not even asking for my money back. Just saying I never felt less appreciated on any betting platform and I tried a lot of them (betting every day for more than 20 years). Only writing here and leaving neutral trust so other users can avoid such experience. When I checked FJ trust I learned several other prominent members here had same problems and while I believe FJ is not a scam site I am for sure not recommending them to any friends. Plenty of sites out there that actually appreciate paying customers. I stopped using several exchanges and bookies due to KYC before and all of them handled the situation much better. Like warn you that you need to do KYC in next 2 months or your account will be closed. And even if you don't do it and time runs out they all still returned the money. Many of them also offered solid incentives in case I do KYC and that is way to properly handle stuff. I understand need for regulation and I would have no problem doing KYC if I trusted any of them with my data. Unfortunately I got burned pretty much every time I did KYC and I am sick and tired of my data leaking all over the internet so next time I decide to do it, the reason must be much better than 5.5 mBTC on the site I don't even want to use anymore.

You guys are not reading or missing my point: ~snip~
Actually, I was missing your point here. I thought that you haven't made any deposit on your FortuneJack account for this line: You guys on FortuneJack are damn predictable. Had an account for several years and never won anything, now first time tried to take some money away instead of depositing and immediately got hit with KYC.
It is true that some casinos allow the user to withdraw their funds by removing the KYC verification requirement (uncommon though). But they also ban the user account after processing the withdrawal. I had completed the KYC verification at FortuneJack a long time ago. I only did it as my withdrawal amount came from a no deposit sign-up bonus.

I think I even wrote about that here before but I just knew that was gonna happen Ah well, nothing to do but try to build my account to the level where I am comfortable selling my data to withdraw it. Is there a way I can cancel a withdrawal process? Check your DM's when you can please. Thanks

I am pleased to say that ADante stepped up and took care of my situation on FortuneJack, Money has been returned in the meantime which was a nice boost since I already tossed that 5.5 mBTC into lost column Thanks, ADante, appreciate your effort to handle this situation.

Just writing here my personal experience about FJ I made deposit of 200 USDT, made couple of bets in keno/mines and one sport bet, then made request for withdrawal of 254 USDT and got KYC request Eventually, after passin KYC, I got the money in about 5-6 hrs, but the situation is hilarious for me because there was no single suspicious move from me. I tried a lot of casinos and this is the first time getting KYC request for such a small amount of money. I don't think I would ever deposit there again

Your behavior of betting and withdrawing quickly after your deposit trigger AML. It is same for many casinos too because with licenses, they have to obey to KYC/ AML policy and a behavior like you: make a deposit, bet one or some little times, and withdraw money. It is like a practice of using their casino like a free mixer for your money laundering. I don't offend you but this behavior is almost unacceptable on many casinos. If you practice the same way on other casinos, you will have issues with KYC too.

Ooh, so this is gamblers spending their money in casinos are bad, not casinos that create as many ways as possible to not pay My particular case is not the single one of such strange behaviour, right in this discussion there is a guy who has deposited several times and got KYC request after very first withdrawal request, having negative rate on his account Also, if there was a possibility to pass KYC before deposit/withdrawal, I wouldn't say a word about them, that's the main point. I'm not complaining about the existance of KYC itself, ok?

Asking you to do KYC is what Fortune Jack did. Does it mean like they won't proceed your withdrawal? You can wait until they give you a final response for your withdrawal request, KYC result, before complaining that they did not pay you. Also, if there was a possibility to pass KYC before deposit/withdrawal, I wouldn't say a word about them, that's the main point. I'm not complaining about the existance of KYC itself, ok?
Many people don't want to KYC right away after creating their accounts. They want to be free from KYC and some platforms allow users to be KYC free with limited value of deposit and withdrawal, before they start trigger different levels of KYC. When you are waiting for answer and result of your case, be patient, stay calm is best. Saying negative things about them, won't help you and it is a risky step too, but I believe that FortuneJack team are professional in handling your case. It's just reminder that this is not a smart approach from you.

Also, if there was a possibility to pass KYC before deposit/withdrawal, I wouldn't say a word about them, that's the main point.
Some casinos ask you to KYC in fronts before you playing and deposit, and some casinos will ask you (KYC) in some situation (you must be ready in any under circumstances). The reason ? cause in every term & condition on all casino (not only FJ) in there always stated (Casino will ask you KYC anytime they want). So, if you not being asked it's good (but doesn't mean you are free KYC) just not being ask yet and you need to prepare and ready for KYC. TBH, If a casino with website register (web2 casino with centralized website) is always needed KYC. Don't believe to any casino who are offering your like (anonymous feature) somethings like those scheme cause you want to know what's ? in term & condition they always stated KYC in some condition (meaning is a BS for me). The only casino without any (KYC) is on-chain gambling, but the game usually: - Dice game (you need to send TX for each bets) - Jackpot/lottery game using (RNG) - Guessing letter/number hash transaction in block The game are limited, but those casino will running decentralized on the chain without any interruption from human cause is smart contract. If you want to avoid KYC, perhaps you can read (TERM & CONDITION). To long to read ? user CTRL + F and type (KYC/AML or Verification) & restriction don't forget, just need under 2-3 mins. If you feel they ask KYC, then avoided before register & deposit. It's quite simple, but none of people are gonna to read T&C cause to lazzy.

Hey, just popping in here to give the thumbs up due to ADante and the FJ team for resolving last week's case with a reputable forum member quickly. We all know processes are in place, but we also hope that casinos give reputable members due legroom, and I'm glad it happened in this case.
I continue my MajSev adventure with some early picks -- I'll check back in if I remember to remove any potential injuries, but I think this round will come good for me. Gotta think positive, right?

I noticed that the FortuneJack Twitter (X) account has not been active since August. It seems like they're focusing on the Jack Token and its P2E minigame on Telegram because JackToken twitter account is very active compard to FortuneJack official Twitter account.. There's also an update to the game (new upgradable that increases your offline earnings, up to max of 3 hours). I wonder why they're not promoting it here on Bitcointalk, or if I'm missing something. Also, compared to other Telegram games, it seems like the Jack Token game doesnt have many players; I guess they can't even reach 50K monthly users. Why aren't they collaborating with top Telegram mini-app games like Tomarket (to name one) to increase their player base?

Maybe because they are targeting actual FJ customers that they want to reward with airdroped tokens instead of bringing in thousands of new users that are coming only in hopes of farming the airdrop? Just guessing here of course.
