A bit of a different one from me today.

I am leaving my role at FortuneJack. From next week, a new Community Manager will be taking over this account; therefore, they will be the new representative, and I can assure you they will treat this community with the same care I and previous community managers did.

I wanted to say goodbye and also say thanks to the Bitcointalk community. I have a huge respect for this place, and I had a great experience here. What FortuneJack has done with JackToken is absolutely pathetic. From the beginning, they’ve lied, misled users, and constantly made empty promises. After months of silence and ignoring the community, they come back only to release a token with zero liquidity, like it’s some kind of joke. Their attitude is beyond shameful — they’ve completely detached themselves from the project, refused to take any responsibility, and treated everyone who trusted them with utter disrespect. It’s not just incompetence — it’s arrogance and cowardice. They’ve shown they don't care about their users or about doing things right. It’s a disgrace.

Now the complaints is about the available token in the account compared to available token to withdraw. Someone complain that he owns 1.5M tokens but 0 available token to withdraw. My case is a bit better where I have 111k token (completely from airdrop) and 11 token available to withdraw lol. Frankly speaking, I do not hope too much from this project since the pre-sale because what I can see is that it as failed pre-sale. The team behind this token is not really active/silence too much. I am worrying that this project will turn Fortunejack's reputation down too much later.

Communication is key in helping run the business smoothly and avoids build up of bad blood between parties,  but down the line there was a  Communication breakdown and if they want to fire this up they better bring their A game and be aggressive at it...let them leverage the reputation of the Sportsbooks which they have built over the years.

I am worrying that this project will turn Fortunejack's reputation down too much later.

If I may ask is it really necessary to have this token especially now that it's  encroaching on the reputation of the company

The worst part of all this is how they've tried to make it seem like the project had nothing to do with them, just to avoid taking responsibility. It's an absolute disgrace. Everyone who got involved in this project from the beginning did so because it was announced on FortuneJack with tons of promised utilities—otherwise, I would’ve never touched this shitty project.

Now they release a worthless token with no utility and completely changed tokenomics designed to destroy any value of the tokens we bought. It’s pure garbage—this couldn’t have been done any worse. And all of it just to make it look like they launched the token but the market is to blame or whatever nonsense...

And the worst part is they could have done refunds back in January when it was already clear something was wrong. Instead, they wasted our money on those stupid $1,000 daily raffles that only attracted bots. They deceived us and kept us mentally trapped in a clearly dead project.

Then, in March, FortuneJack just silently removed all mention of it from their site without even a single statement. I repeat: they have no shame. But this stain will follow them forever no matter how much they try to hide it. They’ve kept us mentally hostage and didn’t even have the decency to apologize. It’s disgusting, honestly.

Being that FJ sent us email about this project i would say they are the team behind it. The presale did fail however they claimed they had a seed sale, but as with everything there was 0 transparency and everyone that tried to ask got banned on telegram. One way or another i think FJ should finaly admit to the scam and try to remedy at least a bit of it and just give up on the whole idea of the token as it seems it will hurt them much more on the long run if they keep it like this.

This is the problem when there’s less demand in the presale while they use already the liquidity from the investment in exchange for their token.

This is very common downside of casino utility token if the casino failed to deliver a good utility to their token since no one will buy while the majority of presale buyer will rush to sell their tokens on thin liquidity on exchange.

I believe FJ will not completely destroy their reputation on this failed token sale. Initiating refund is the right approach if they don’t want to continue the token.

even if the claim that FJ team is not behind the token and its some 3rd party team, a serious company like FJ will most likely have a solid contract where they can take legal action when that 3rd party team did not provide what was expected. however the silence both from FJ and Jack suggests that this is not the case and they just expect this will be forgotten and they can just move on with no damage to their reputation, which at this point is far from it.
