Incorrect! They are definitely not operating as smoothly as before since them becoming a scam is being discussed in sites outside the forum too like reddit etc pretty openly. Their traffic figures in similarweb shows that they are ok for now, but those numbers are pretty average.

Your withdrawal amount was on the smaller side which is probably why they processed it properly. Way too many scam crypto gambling sites these days sadly.

Unfortunately from how this turned out , this Jacktoken thing seems to be a topic thats almost buried alive considering last update was 2024.. but that's not how things should be handled especially that it's under the umbrella of FJ themselves.. With very few exceptions,  like BNB token which create a whole ecosystem, those tokens are basically pump and dump schemes and the creators makes huge amount of money... and investors just lose the money...

That’s the thing, they were an OG casino. You wouldn’t really expect them to end up being proven as scammers, especially with a court order already saying otherwise.

So even if the amount is small, it’s probably not their concern anymore. If you check their account, they’re still active recently, but they haven’t commented on this complaint. Their last post was around Oct 1, 2025, so we can’t really expect them to suddenly show up and reply now.

I just want to say that JackToken’s idea of building slot games is exactly what Stake Engine RGS is doing now, and clearly it’s doing well right now..
Just imagine if FortuneJack or JackToken had really pushed through and taken that project seriously. Maybe Stake would have had a real competitor today.
But what happened to JackToken? It got abandoned and just disappeared like nothing.

Congratulations for the win. You really got luck of winning with the 25 free spins. Though it was not on FORTUNEJACK.COM but in another casino, I got 150 for crash game and I could not win good. I have finished it but there was no tangible win from it. If if was Aviator it would been better but Avia-masteter is something I don't like. From what I could understand, the flag is supported by many and still not opposed by any member which confirms that the case is still pending and that the accuser still hasn't reach a solution with the casino. The amount subject of allegation is significant which makes the case serious enough to be on the table.

However I believe in the opinions of their campaign manager, this is why I think I will go read full accusation thread again and take my right position.

Btw, this thread isn't dead and its OP doesn't seems to be completely inactive since the signature campaign is re-lunched again.

None of the issues regarding why they have a negative trust rating have been resolved. As far as I know, they haven’t even made a single comment or response about their current negative trust rating. If I remember correctly, the last thing they did here was announce that Adante was no longer their community manager. After Adante stepped down, we haven’t heard anything from them anymore.

Also, there haven’t been any updates about their Jacktoken, which they previously claimed they were not involved with.

FortuneJack was one of the projects I enjoyed back in the day, I liked the fact that they started real good on the forum and maintained it for a while, built a good brand but, it seeing started falling apart. The complaints grew on them and like you said, most of them were left unanswered even up to this moment.

To see them back, I suppose they would be open to addressing some of those concerns and would mean to do well by the forum since they ought to understand what the forum represents and how it’s necessary to do so.

Yes, I feel it too. FortuneJack was good here before. Now they are back with a campaign, but the old problems are still there and nothing was done about them. If they really wanted to fix things, they would have done that first. Starting a campaign before solving their own mess shows what actually matters to them.

It's absolutely pathetic seeing FJ relaunch their signature campaign through a popular campaign manager(Same one from before) thinking they can clean up their image within this forum without fixing the root cause of it all first. Nothing new though.

1xbit tried this back in the day multiple times, but it didn't work. FJ will most likely go in a similar direction since the core trust factor is broken and that is everything when it comes to a business. Smh!
