FortuneJack was one of the projects I enjoyed back in the day, I liked the fact that they started real good on the forum and maintained it for a while, built a good brand but, it seeing started falling apart. The complaints grew on them and like you said, most of them were left unanswered even up to this moment.

To see them back, I suppose they would be open to addressing some of those concerns and would mean to do well by the forum since they ought to understand what the forum represents and how it’s necessary to do so.

Definitely on the same boat, FJ really built a good thing for themselves  and enjoyed playing on this platform too..but whatever happened,not sure if a change of ownership happened here  but the experience just changed..and the Jack token chapter seems not to have been handled well and nobody from their end gives a satisfactory answer on what really happened with that product..but seeing them comeback on the forum is a plus and hope they can

I see they're running a few interesting competitions for the World Cup: bracket challenge and bonus score among others. I'm interested in joining, but after reading this thread, I'm not sure what to think or do. You have to bet $50 on the outright winner and deposit $200 to take part in these challenges, and I'm worried about their past shadiness. Does anyone think it's safe?

I still play on this casino occasionally and my last game is few weeks ago which my withdrawal is processed smoothly. FJ gives an occasional exclusive bonus for inactive bonus as welcome back which triggers my return from this casino.

However, not because it’s working for me then you will experience the same especially with their current pending case.

The history of that red warning is long, and it even involved court. The accuser claims that they paid him most of the money, but there is still some $20K left. I suggest you first read through the trust flag reference to get the full picture of the story.

Since there, there haven't been any najor complaints about them, atleast in the forum

They will pay out small amounts, but might not pay out big amounts and that was proven through the PaperWallet case which adds another layer of risk here. They aren't horrible scammers like 1xbit etc, but they are scammers nevertheless.

Even if they pay out the remaining 20 grand to PaperWallet, any smart person wouldn't risk playing here especially when there are far, far better alternatives out there.

Consider all the hassles through which you had to go I stand by the opinion that the red flag shouldn't be removed at all even  the day they will, hopefully, repay you in full.

They are simply not reliable anymore nowadays and this is a pity considering their long story in the gambling industry and the good reputation they that they had built over time.

It is you saying that they are not horrible scammers like 1xbit, bro, scammers are scammers especially when it has to do with online money, there is absolutely no need checking which service or company scams more horribly than the other, because a company that pays small amounts to you is only trying to lure you to trust them and bring big amount of money to them, and the moment you do, it's gone, and if you try to be smart by always deposting small amount for quite a time, at a point, they won't allow you withdraw the small amount again because they see they aren't going to get anything from you if they don't take what they see..

So regardless of how you choose to see this, any casino that carries out any form of scam is owned and operated by scammers, there is no horrible scammers and good scammers, all scammers are horrible, what it takes to scam a victim $1 is the same thing it takes to scam another victim $100 or more..

The case is not in dispute. FortuneJack lost the court case and did not pay the amount ordered by the court.
The difference that FortuneJack did not pay out is $20k.
