Well, mostly uneventful really, thus far.

Probably the most interesting accomplishment was in allowing anyone to temporarily view the bitcoin-security posts from the Bitcoin sourceforge mailing list.

I learnt some stuff from the early bitcoin-security posts to both discredit and reaffirm my own knowledge and some assumptions made in regards to Tor network usage in Bitcoins early days.

Bad hacker vs open sourced info - all quite sad really, although interesting and somewhat entertaining.    Undecided

It is funny how he chose to just pull a prank on you instead of emailing prominent people, saying that he is about to sell, causing panic and doubt.

If the hacker really does have access to 11,000 emails in Satoshi's inbox, wow, what a treasure trove! Shocked  That ish should be archived immediately.

(Though I suspect all the hacker is doing is furiously searching for wallet attachments and private keys!)

They are not on a single address. Read this => http://bitslog.wordpress.com/2013/04/17/the-well-deserved-fortune-of-satoshi-nakamoto/

there isn't a single address , but the first blocks were mined by him i suggest , and there's multiple addresses containing the first blocks reward . he must've mined a lot of blocks with multiple addresses , i'm just following the rumors that he's in control of all those addresses

First of all that 11k mails seems to be photo-shopped. Even if we consider those real, if any pvt key is on the mail, Satoshi will definitely move those.

Not outlandish to think this at all. Second guy vs first guy trying to take control of the email. Just a concocted story created by him  Wink It feels good though, that Satoshi is around. Perhaps the project he was working on finished, some papers published and he is just trying to wake up the market for the lulz.

Only 11,000-ish emails to the known email address for Satoshi as shown in the Bitcoin white paper - https://bitcoin.it/wiki/Bitcoin_white_paper - probably being an 'inactive' or abandoned email address? I'd imagine their to be that many emails in a month or so, not including any spam.

This inbox was probably nulled many times over. Confusion is what confusion does.

I think we should just not take this very seriously unless he/she/they provides some proof that we'll actually believe.
