Follow the reddit posts in the posts in the prior two pages - its pretty much all falling into place - same skype usernames as the kid who tried to hack roger etc..

Honestly if you were Satoshi would you want this guy (kid) brought up on charges on any type?

If so and if he did in fact have info on who you were it would be public in a very big way and even if he only had shreds of evidence it could lead to you after in the media.

jmo but best case the kid takes a pay off and shuts up...if I were Satoshi...thing is, if he really knew you a pay off would not buy silence for long.

So now my thought flipped and this could very well be how he comes out of hiding because the end result, criminal charges or pay off, both lead to his exposure.
