Hey CohibAA,
Thanks for the pool! What are the chances you would be interested in setting a multi-pool for $BSTY? A place where I could point my GPU miner to mine another scrypt coin, and get paid in $BSTY? We really like this one: http://xpool.ca/  Let me know your thoughts!
https://twitter.com/HardCoreAds

PS: I AM BUYING $BSTY!!! CASH, USD, WESTERN UNION, PAYPAL
call me, PM me, Tweet me

This is awesome CohibAA!!
You're mining away over there, I see you finding blocks!  Cool
Thank you for your contribution, if you are in South Florida ping me here or on Twitter. I'll take you out on the boat, and we'll smoke some Cuban Cohiba cigars  Grin

I am now hosting a 0.5% fee BSTY P2Pool node on the litecoin-p2pool server.

The new GlobalBoost-Y P2Pool Node Dashboard is Available at:

litecoin-p2pool.com:7225

No registration is required or available by nature of p2pool.

To join, simply point your miner to the litecoin-p2pool BSTY port (7225) as shown below, using your BSTY address as a username, with any password.  You must be using the yescrypt version of minerd!

Example minderd config for CPU yesscrypt mining:
Code:
minerd --algo=yescrypt -o litecoin-p2pool.com:7225 -u YJ5cJWGWeq2yJS549yzdR2asqyyvdAsN4C -p x

No problem, I hope that BSTY p2pool sees some good use.

TBH, that is a bit outside of my skill set and time available to learn at the moment.  I would recommend maybe getting in touch with the guys from SimpleMulti.  They already do this for a lot of coins, so it might be easy for them to add BSTY.  If not, they provide their code as open-source, so it could certainly be done.

The linux wallet git is at https://github.com/GlobalBoost/GlobalBoost-Y.git

You don't need a wallet running on your machine in order to mine with the cpuminer-yescrypt, for clarification.  You can mine to any wallet address, EXCEPT online wallets/exchanges.  Due to the way newly mined coins are confirmed, you will have problems using exchange wallets, etc.  Wallet setup is pretty straight forward if you have ever installed a wallet like litecoin on ubuntu.  If not, here is a pretty good Litecoin Wallet Install guide.

To Install the Yescrypt CPU Miner on Ubuntu:

Install Build Dependencies for Debian, Ubuntu and other APT-based distros:
Code:
sudo apt-get install build-essential libcurl4-openssl-dev automake

Get the yescrypt cpu miner:
Code:
git clone https://github.com/CohibAA/cpuminer-yescrypt.git
Code:
cd cpuminer-yescrypt
Code:
./autogen.sh
Code:
./configure CFLAGS="-O3"
Code:
make

Run "./minerd --help" to see options.

To Connect to P2Pool using your GlobalBoost-Y Wallet Address:
Code:
./minerd --algo=yescrypt -o 54.68.63.254:7225 -u BSTYaddress -p x

Hope this helps.  Good luck.

Ah, fresh server... you need automake.  Use this code, then follow the guide.  I added it to the dependencies install on the guide in case someone else has the same issue.

Code:
sudo apt-get install automake

Let's do a 1000 BSTY Bounty for the First Blockfinder at MinerPools!!!  Click the logo to get started.  This will come from my wallet of purchased and mined BSTY.  Check the ADDY to verify funds if need be.  YEezfEQ6HstaneyF12buyCZb7WQRWXkHfq  Of course, I can't win.  If I find the first block the bounty will rollover.

WINNER ALREADY!!!

Let's keep it going, 750 BSTY for the next!!!

WINNER ALREADY!!!

WINNER AGAIN!!! sonerbo!!  When they come forward to claim, they will get 1750 $BSTY!!

I am planning a CPU Giveaway.  Just working out the parameters of the giveaway, suggestions welcome.  Once I have the parameters set then I will reach out to promoters for advertising.

New p2pool!
I've started a new p2pool for GlobalBoost-y!
It is hosted on the East coast North America.
http://lennier.info:7225/static/
Fee is 0.5%

At this point I am considering this pool to be in "testing". If after a day or so it hasn't exploded or grown sentient, it will be safe to add to the main post. Please help me test!
