  nice to see more and more action here.

I've patched my daemons and it seems to be working fine on:

Ubuntu Vivid with openssl 1.0.1f-1ubuntu10
Debian Jessie with openssl 1.0.1k-1

I've created a dev branch with these fixes for testing purposes. https://github.com/MonetaryUnit/MUE-Src/tree/dev

i have some little problems to compile the new wallet on ubuntu 14.04

i would like to use the dev branch cause of the openSSL bug, if it is ok for mainnet.

use: qmake "USE_QRCODE=0"
libqrencode (http://fukuchi.org/works/qrencode/index.en.html) must be installed for support

You are welcome to use the dev branch or even mue-1.0.9.3 branch. They both need testing, so the usual disclaimers about potential lost coins apply. Make backups and use a new wallet with these.

I'd advise people to move their MUE off of C-CEX for now. Their page says:

Those coins retreival after the removal date will not be possible.

I'm sure we'll be re-listed there eventually but its out of scope for the moment.

For those who've been following this project for a while, you'll be aware of the 40 Million MUE pre-mine, and how I have been using that to actively promote MonetaryUnit with give aways and promotions, and to help fund services.  In fact, since it's inception, 50% (20 million) of the pre-mine has been used/given away, with not a single coin going to my own personal benefit.

You are probably also aware this pre-mine has at times felt a little like a burden to me as the project lead, as I felt it might be holding the project back, by putting people off from joining the project for fear of a massive pump and dump.

Well, for those of you that have come to "know" me (although we are all still pretty much strangers over the internet) I'm no scammer or long con.

So, back to the title of this thread.
I plan to get rid of this pre-mine, whilst helping the project, and promoting MUE.
