MUE wallet is so called "HD" wallet. It means that for each transaction a new public and a private key is going to be used.

So just press "Request payment" button in the "Receive" tab and use displayed address for your mining purposes.

(Remember that your wallet will keep records for all of the created addresses, so even when for each new transaction a new address is created you can still send coins to the address which was generated before the new one).
