I've had all my computers 1-thread mining this coin since launch. I really like the anti-profit concept and would be interested to see it on an exchange.

And hoorah for that!  I was mining Phoenixcoin for a wee bit there until I looked into this huge spike they had in their hash-rate.  Seems someone jumped in and mined Five Million coins in a couple of days.  Of what use is a fair algo if someone can come in and steam-roll you with 1000+ rented cores?  The whole concept of cryptocurrency relies on it being distributed.  This isn't "redistribution of wealth", it's leveling the playing field.

Just look at the long list of hyped, highly promoted coin launches, on exchanges immediately, pumped...and then the big dump and walk away.
If MonetaryUnit isn't fitting that mould and disappointing you, then good.
This isn't a 3 month project, looking a lot further ahead than that.
If you don't "get" this coin, that's fine, it's not going to appeal to everyone, in fact, it probably won't appeal to most on here, but history shows that most of the coins that do, usually end up on the same pile after a few months, save the true minority of coins that actually show some longevity.

The whole philosophy of this coin is that the hashrate should come from lots of individuals, all contributing drip fed resources, which combined are significant.
This is a while off, and that is in no small part to being a little "under the radar" as we have not implemented the standard model of "pump and dump" coin launch promotion techniques.
Healthy organic growth with some additional resources (FaceBook/Twitter etc) should do the job, hopefully.
