Susan Did dev wonder what to do,if google aaproach him with offer? Coins will be used to buy access to platform, but dev owns platform-am i right? What happen then? As this is clearly competition, and as we all know, they buy them really quick.
'...Disclaimer All content created by the users on the VidioShare system will be completely owned by them. VidioShare does not own any content provided by the users on the site this includes all media and even comments/blogs created by the users. Many other multimedia sites do not do this but we want to create a safe environment for users content. Again users own their own content 100%.' Yes,i know this. Iam talking about platform, not content. Who has rights to Vidio platform-we,as investors,or just dev. It is just matter of time when Vidio bring attention of the biggest, and they buy mini ones soon as they smell competition. I would like to see ,independent platform, without censorship, thatsway im in.

Interesting ... but how about bandwidth and capacity? If I want to dump 10,000 HiRes videos on the system (as I can do with YouTube) is this possible? What is download bandwidth re playback?

They follow the promises and they invest to gain profit. The think is that this coin is totally tied with the platform and at the same time is two different things. That means that if the platform dies, the coin is useless.. This platform is an awesome idea but it could work with any other coin. The dev chooses that path because it is much more easier for him. None would invest on a video channel platform.. but everyone invests on new coins..! So the dev gets his reward and the funds to support it... It is still a great idea and I think its gonna happen

Hey guys just a little concern! the upload limit is only 100mb? ? surely this cant be? My guess would be because it is mock version and because it is currently at the lowest number of users possible currently, 100mb is quite high for testing purposes, With funds received and if plans are ahead, money will go towards better bigger fast servers and limits will be much higher than now

@vidioshare I want to mention some thinks for the platform that I noticed.
1. is this the beta version of the platform or not yet? if yes then it must be written next to the logo
2. everything looks functional, of course there must be improvements on the interface but what looks more serious to me is the player.. aspect ratio has to be corrected and if you are not going to code a new player then buy one instead of using the free version of jwplayer with their logo on it

I think its good someone is focusing on it, there is no reason it cant become much larger and use btc somehow in the future. Not saying that it is but being optimistic, theres vidios popping up on it now. I would imagine the dev would, at least at first. If certain factors occur, there is no reason the platform could be decentralized and run as an independent DAC type scenario with ''shareholders'' essentially. Projects like this are the future, and hopefully we helped fund something (and someones) that can implement an alternative to youtube and such to ensure technological Freedom and independence from the big corps. One thing though i saw a post on that i am currently uninformed of is the 100MB size limit? And if true, is this solved with a larger more robust network?

People are satisfied with the current platform and the developer still thinks they can out do themselves with brand new software.

please note that the mock site is to test functionality of the VidioShare concept especially the passwordless log in and vidio wallet integration on users Profile. The platform I'm working on will be based on a whole new software that showcase all the extra features not available on the mock with a brand new user interface design. i really appreciate all the feedback of testers.
Nerio.
