bulanula, you seriously don't think you did a single thing wrong? Wow... just wow. I guess when BTC just mistakenly falls into your lap, the owner has no right to ask for it back huh? So instead, you're going to force a service of 10 months and keep his BTC. Before he paid you, he never agreed to 10 months, it was 1 month that BOTH you guys agreed to.

And on a different note, the payer cares about his money and wants it back, and you care enough about your forum status to want the scammer tag removed. Yet you don't care enough about his money to give it back. When you registered on this forum, you're not entitled to anything. Theymos can do whatever he wants with your account, just like how you can do whatever you want with the the mistakenly sent BTC. So whether or not you think you deserve this scammer tag, it doesn't matter. So STFU and stop crying like a little girl.

Some people just have no decency. I hope some freak accident renders you paralyzed, and you lose all physical ability to enjoy life, along with all your so-called hard earned money. You more than deserve it.

That's a bit harsh....even for a Dick such as myself.
The guy has a few BTC......he didn't kill anyone's child.
Let's keep this in perspective.

Most people here are just having a bit of fun with the situation and don't actually hate him (well, I actually hate him) but I would never wish paralysis on anyone.

So what are you going to spend your advertising profits on anyways ? Since we are all here, you might as well let the cat out of the bag...
Shouldn't you have about (perhaps not an accurate figure.....) approx 25 BTC to spend now ?

Hookers, guns and drugs of course Grin !

Good sport or not, one day I will pay it back and have the tag removed.

But for now I am in the elusive and exclusive scammer tag club. Gotta enjoy it, don't you think Grin ?

Too bad we don't have our own subforum too Cry

Scammer user group can't do much of anything besides post. No editing, no profile changes, etc.

That being said, if he wants to change something and we don't see any issue with the change, us moderators (or administrators if it's a profile change) can do it.

Also, I'd like to remind you guys of the policy of one bump per 24 hours. If you make a post between the last bump and when you are allowed to do it again, it must contribute to the discussion.

Quote
Scam = A dishonest scheme; a fraud. Swindle.

You're right, and here's the definition of a fraud:
deceit, trickery, sharp practice, or breach of confidence, perpetrated for profit or to gain some unfair or dishonest advantage.

You are correct, he is probably an ass for raising a stink and getting your accounts removed and having the "scammer" tag put on you, but the solution to fix his mistake is in your hands and you still refuse to remedy the situation. You've breached our confidence, failed our trust, and proved yourself to be unable to handle a business transaction properly. I disagree with the scammer label mostly because I think instead you should just be banned for being an insufferable jerk. Giving you a scammer label is being far too kind, but I guess the admins get to make that decision and not the rest of us.

Here are some other quotes where you give two-faced statements:
Quote
I never told him to give me ANYTHING
Quote
We had a informal deal for 2.5 BTC for my signature space for 1 month.

These two seem to be in conflict, did you have a deal for 2.5BTC or not? If no, why are you still holding 22.5 BTC?

Quote
He makes mistake.

I say I give BTC back.

You said you'd give the BTC back at one point. Is your word not your bond?

Quote
All this before I even had chance to pay BTC back
Quote
I decide to give refund in the form of product

So he's a jerk and you decide to be a jerk back. The difference is, if a customer is a jerk, you still have to show you are the better person and give them what they agreed to, it's part of being an honest businessman.

In any store I have ever walked in, I could give a store owner $250 for for an item that cost $12.50 and expect to get change. A fleet-footed hooligan could take my $250 for a $12.50 product and run, but I would be an idiot to call him a "street vendor". I'm quite certain the local authorities would not call him a vendor either. You're certainly no businessman, so if you are going to continue to peddle your business here, you are indeed a scammer.

Quote
Other real scammers like a1bitcoinpool took two weeks and tons of evidence to get scammer tag but I get scammer tag instantly for doing nothing at all.

Update, A1BITCOINPOOL has recently contacted me regarding repayment of his debt. I even charged him negative interest, meaning he actually is going to compensate everyone for their losses and I'm covering some of the costs because I got to advertise P2Pool in repayment of his debt.

And here's where it gets really interesting. As soon as A1BITCOINPOOL repays his debt, I'm buying yours. This will be fun.

I had no debt it was a donation for all I care.

The fact that you choose to interpret it as such is what everyone is taking issue with. It amounts to someone handing the shopkeeper a $20 instead of a $10 by mistake, and the shopkeeper saying "as far as I'm concerned, that's my tip. You can't have it back". It's dishonest behavior, and that's why people are calling you out on it.

We're not saying you're the biggest scammer of all time, so don't trivialize the objections by making us sound irrational. You'd be pissed off if the shopkeeper kept your $20, even if it was just $10 lost. The fact that you're making this a huge issue of "bitcoin doesn't have chargebacks" just shows how far you've gone to rationalize what you've done and to avoid admitting you're wrong. This has nothing to do with bitcoin chargebacks. We know that bitcoin can't do chargebacks, and that's why you still have the money. The point is your honesty (or lack thereof) and the fact that you're citing a technical aspect of bitcoin (the lack of chargebacks support in the protocol) as a justification for your own decision.
