Try this：
1.Create File：vpncoin.conf C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\VpnCoin\
2.Add :synctx2gui=0
3.Save vpncoin.conf
4.Restart the software
Didn't help. The client is loading and then crashes with the same error (tried also to delete everything in this folder). from debug.log VpnCoin version v1.1.2.0-g32a928e ($Format:%cD)

I just installed the latest client 1120 and everything is working fine on win 7. You've already implemented all the features mentioned in the op and I must say, I'm very impressed with your work  If you keep this up, it will not be long before VPN is one of the top alt coins around  I just retweeted your latest announcement concerning 1120 release. Thank you for the time and effort you're putting into this project, your dedication and hard work are much appreciated |

I just installed the latest client 1120 and everything is working fine on win 7. We are in contact but we hope that the community members into action.I hope we work together. You can write a twitter, request bittrex add it.We retweet.Occupy their field of vision.  But they usually don't add unless you pay the BTC easily. They were very happy to see COINS have a larger trading volumes in other smaller exchanges. |
