Foreign VPN service unavailable in China "The Great Firewall is blocking the VPN on the protocol level."  So i have a question... VPNcoin still working in China?

What's the process of getting a coin added at BTer? I saw VPNCoin added there in their Voting list and saw some coins with nearly 36k votes, but they haven't mentioned at their page that how much time is the deadline for any coin to get listed there? |

What happens today with payments? About 4-5 hours in a row was not paid and then received payment only for one hour approximately 53 VPN. Chat is not interrupted even for a minute. Everyone has such a problem today?
