Why not announce some news before the ICO ends?

When does the ICO end?

No good picking up coins if C-Cex are not allowing withdrawals of MARYJ, I can't help but think they're using all the coins people have with them to stake Sad

So come on and answer the big question, when will the ICO end and OUR coins freed from this BS of not being able to even withdraw from the exchange?

As far as I'm concerned you are telling C-Cex to withhold coins that belong to me and that is complete BS, if I paid for the coins they are mine to do with what I want, the longer I wait to have access to my coins the more I am inclined to believe this is just another SCAM coin as some people have already claimed.

i suspect
that C-CEX is staking some of their coins
i;ve got 20k from mining
this is about 0.66% of the total mined approx
all my coins are being staked
but i have barely 0.1% of the network weight
i might be wrong
but C-CEX are very naughty commies and i wouldnt put it past them

hmm maybe that is also the issue with GHC forking all the time..

usually pools and exchanges (should) have

stake=0 in the config

I have that feeling when I look at the staking and it would fit very well with not being able to withdraw any of the coins I purchased.

Also I love how the Dev has now updated the OP to show that the ICO will run until the 15th October, two weeks of staking 50 Million coins should be a nice little profit for C-Cex and none for the actual buyers of the coins.

I messaged the Dev to get an answer about the ICO and complain, he wants me to remove any FUD style posts I made which isn't going to happen Wink

The first message only was in caps, but as the question had been posted here more than once and you seemed to be ignoring the question I used the only means at my disposal to get a response from you and it apparently worked, you have done this the wrong way round by launching the coin before the ICO and then withholding all purchased coins from their rightful owners, our coins should be in our wallets earning us the PoS not bloody C-Cex, the network stats point to someone staking more than the 3 million PoW coins that should be in the wild.

I do not know of any exchange-sponsored ICO that has allowed withdraw of purchased coins prior to the ICO ending. Whether or not C-cex is staking these coins is another matter. Can pride comment on this, please? As for the miners of the brief Proof of Work period, we ask your patience. Other exchanges are free to add MaryJ any time they wish. This would result in only the mined coins being sellable there until the ICO concludes however.

How is it an exchange's fault that a coin has PoS before the ICO ends?

you can turn off POS / staking easily by config file:

stake=0

Really? you think this is an accident do you?

the exchange (and dev) would know well in advance that this situation would arise and I am damn sure that it would have been discussed, take from that inference what you wish.

Chill guys, set your paranoidmodes off,  we got this under control. We messaged ccex to add stake=0 in the conf file, thanks for pointing it out. We had no idea Ccex was staking on their exchange wallets.

Bitcoin Rush interview is tomorrow, our bad for being off on the date.

420lounge should still go live tonight.

More on merchant adoption later.
