I think it's the dev. From what I could decipher, he didn't have an address at the very top of the rich list which means he was probably too busy to manage his coins well during the high staking period when he was hammered by technical problems. He successfully navigated his coin through the worst time but had few coins to show for it, so his best bet is to buy on the cheap and remain silent while weak hands slowly bleed off coins. This wouldn't be the first time it happened. Practically no one would buy seed right now without inside knowledge. One thing is for sure, though: they are not buying mine. |

I agree completely. The dev still seems to check bitcointalk quite frequently. He prob just has nothing good to say, or to update us with so he's keeping quiet. This community has some good devs throughout it, and it has proven to be a good staking coin. So even if this dev did flake, the coin would not die. Buy/Hold/Stake. |

I'm not dead. I've just made the cardinal mistake of trying to do too much at one time. I have a heavily modified copy I've been working on for a long time, and even though I know what's going on with it, it's basically a mess of trial and error mixed with some other pretty great stuff.
After some much deserved prodding I've decided to set that aside for the moment, take a fresh copy of the code, and port the best finished stuff I have in my WIP code over. At least then I'll have an update to offer up to everyone. I've been trying to go the 'drop the huge bomb out of nowhere' route, but alas, it's just taking too damn long.
I can't believe Barabbas is still posting here. Is he bored, or just lazy looking for an easy bone to pick? My not saying anything for such a long time is all the FUD this thread needs quite frankly - and I am sorry for that. I had planned to have something much sooner, and I don't like playing the hype game. I'm going to start posting more frequently anyway, even if I don't quite know what to say. I'm not going to entertain any bickering on my end though. If you've got something against SEED just sell and move on, thanks. Just don't come crying back when stuff gets moving.

Scream scam all you want, no one gives a shit obviously. I have had no issues unloading a decent chunk of coins. If you try to sell 100k you will indeed crush the price, but on the other hand try buying 100k at once and see what happens to to the price. If someone spent .55btc the price would be just under 20,000 satoshi. |
