Nili , the problems on the human sidechain infected the rootchain through the incomplete upgrade of Toontown.
We are not able to fix it.
All KYC documents are erased from the mainnet and can be recovered only through a double KYC process.
You and all your characters will have to go to your birthplace
You will have to bring your passport with you and take a selfi standing in the place that you were born holding the passport and a sheet of paper with the date of the day indicating on it.
This must be done between your birth date and January 3rd 2020.
