I want a refund! The system was froze and I couldn't see my bet on your site! Refund me my . 9 and .6 Bitcoin that you say You return. All I ask is money. Return and I'll stop asking you.
What time were you betting at? If it was during illiquid hours then the market might of not been moving and it might of seen to be frozen. |

i don't understand why you ask to refund for that. as i posted above . 2 bet was lost and 1 bet was won. it processed normally. |

but the bet was processed normally. we can not refund for the normal result of the bet.. i hope you understand us. |

below is our refund policy.. you can see it on the http://secondstrade.com/notice.html. if because bitcoin network delay someone has win , can he really give resent us his payout ? please understand our standpoint. Refund Policy Bet Amount above the maximum amount will be refunded after six confirmation. A delay Bet due to the delay of a bitcoin network is not a part of the refund. |

It was in your interest to check the operability the wallet before making big bets, it's your fault blame yourself. |

I had the wallet syncing problem also, that's why you should first make a small bet to make sure it works because if there is a delay, it might be a losing bet.

So I take it ETH/USD will never get added? I asked about this a few months ago.
Lately bitcoin is going nowhere fast.
And in the Summer not lots of liquidity in the Forex pairs.
