I think he means the point is in the end of the day if we have bag holders and no market liquidity it's a dead end so it's great to know the community is willing to offer liquidity and not just hold coins forever specially with a coin meant for spending that's key for adoption. There will be entering points at 3 5 7 9 15 20 etc! Atm Bitcoin is getting crushed it's a good time to buy more Doged coins at a discounted USD!

imo anything below 8 satos is way under valued. I'm just waiting the price of BTC to complete it's crash landing so I buy more Doged  

the videos below are great example of what is needed to make a coin really functional, even if it has high price it doesn't mean a thing. with the available supply of Doged is not only the leading anonymous/untraceable coin for those privacy concerned/hacker attacks protected but also it has some real potential to become a MAJOR player in the cryptos for it's available supply.
