hi there all, there seems to be an easy stuff up at C-CEX. i bought 8.8 million coins on coinswap, sent them to my doged wallet, then to C-CEX.
the problem is they have dogecoindark (DD) at C-CEX and they are only 3 spaces apart on the deposits list.
long story short, this is the DOGECOINDARK (DOGED) wallet they gave me DD=DQEAnxc7gVMN2NNJpL1FaTBM518gkJGVaT

and this is the DOGECOINDARK (DD) wallet they gave me                    DOGED=DQMY8eP5eJTn94k8SLrmqAD8qz58DFnJwe
i saw the DQ at the beggining of the address, and failed to realize it was actually DD
is there anything i can do to fix this mess

Thats a bad thing fellow shibe, thats a way of destroying coins, if you send them to another blockchain i dont think they can be recoverable..

Hm.. try contact them.. DD using the same address protocol like DOGED right? If they own the address, they should own the private key, using the private key on DOGED and send back to your wallet.

I don't know, never using DD.. But I have the same address on DOGE and DOGED because address protocol was same.

hi all, C-CEX still havn't responded to my ticket, dogecoindark dd is x13 and due for delisting.
so all gone now i would say.

c-cex DOGED is working properly and there is alot of volume. if you sent

coins to DD instead of DOGED on exchange, they are probably gone, but

you can try asking c-cex admin. always double check where you send coins.

thanks for the reply dev, i definately wasn't having a go at C-CEX they are very good imo.
this was my stuff up like i stated. i was just hopeing there was a way to retreive the coins.
i am not trying to dampen the mood of your coin, i think it is awesome, and i think you are doing a great job.
again this was my stuff up. so to all other shibes learn from me. double check and then triple check that you have correct addresses when sending coins.

Speaking from experience (many, many support tickets).

Importing the other chains private key to the right chain will recover your coins, unfortunately, it is a matter of weather ccex wants to do this or not.

and to the post above that one, that is true. if c-cex can pull the private key from the wrong coin's blockchain
that u sent the coins to by accident, they can extract them. that's a fact.
