try setgenerate=true 1  in debug->console try this option as nikl suggested, but you have to do it in wallet console, not in .conf file. This will work to limit your cpu core to set mining on 1 core only and you can use other 2 core for your browsing stuffs.

Step 1: Search for appdata and you will see a roaming folder. Open that up and find MiracleCoin

Step 2: Make a new Text Document

Step 3: Right click the new text doc and click edit

Step 5: Click on File then Save As. Save the file as MiracleCoin.conf and change the file type to all at the bottom.

Step 6: Close MiracleCoin Wallet if not already and reopen. Should sync up now.

Also close wallet and remove peers.dat from roaming folder then re open the wallet, should sync..

According to "getinfo" command in the console:

It's all about staking now I guess.
