I believe the next real update will be February when ERM is licensed. Once the coin has been licensed and the projects take hold shortly after then the team can promote a coin will real purpose rather then just another coin to trade.

I am sure Ed or DailyModo will correct me here if I am wrong!

Basically when we said "license" it definitely talks about the the businesses / company  that will back up ERM value, having it registered under SEC, will make ERM company trades legal, digging deeper on its by-laws (which is under discussion on how we can declare ERM as either form of currency / voucher / token and can be used for buying ERM  goods) ERM will definitely tackled, and due to the nature of  cryptocurrency, only the company that utilizes it can be regulated or be registered.  Hope this answers the question

Generated coins must mature 50 blocks before they can be spent. When you generated this block, it was broadcast to the network to be added to the block chain. If it fails to get into the chain, its state will change to "not accepted" and it won't be spendable. This may occasionally happen if another node generates a block within a few seconds of yours.

about the unconfirmed status, it was an orphan block.

Proof of Stake
When an orphan block occurs via proof of stake mining, it is because another block of coin staked at the same time and the blockchain accepted the other block's stake rather than your stake. The PoS transaction in the QT client will show 0 confirmations, and only exists in your own client and is not recorded to the blockchain. If you get an orphan, simply keep your wallet as is and your coin block will remain in the pool of blocks competing for stake, you did not lose any coin age that has accumulated.

coins minimum coin age is 2 hours while the maximum age is 30 days, basically staking takes place during that time, it already staked once but turned out as orphan, anyway don't worry as stated here..

...  Furthermore, the higher the coin age the more staking bonus you will get. So in the case of an orphaned PoS block, you will not "lose" anything because you will be compensated for the extra time the block took to mature.

I'm not worry, i just curious why my wallet are not staking even if i keep it open for few days while other PoS coins i own stake daily.
