You should know that in America, the Caduceus (which is the symbol you use in your logo) has been associated with medicine since the early 1900's.
Your icon will never gain traction as a symbol for commerce there.
yeah it was MISTAKENLY taken as symbol for medicine maybe this is the right time to correct that! even wiki said so.. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caduceus By extension of its association with Mercury and Hermes, the caduceus is also a recognized symbol of commerce and negotiation, two realms in which balanced exchange and reciprocity are recognized as ideals.[5][6] This association is ancient, and consistent from the Classical period to modern times.[7] The caduceus is also used as a symbol representing printing, again by extension of the attributes of Mercury (in this case associated with writing and eloquence). The caduceus is often used incorrectly as a symbol of healthcare organizations and medical practice (especially in North America), due to confusion with the traditional medical symbol, the rod of Asclepius, which has only one snake and is never depicted with wings. Yes. Which is why I said: History is irrelevant when you're trying to market something. All that matters is the perception of your target market.
Because no one cares what the entire history is. The only thing that matters is the current perception in wherever your market is located. Want to know the entire history of swastikas? You probably don't because no one really cares about how Asia predates Nazis with their usage of it. They only remember Hitler. You are right no one cares about the entire history, so with that you just contradict the statement of caducues being part of med symbol since 19xx ^^,(<< history) and as what bitwarrior said this is branding... though we have use for the 3 symbols of ERMIS ( head for tech team) Caducues (formarketing team) and the sandals( for PR and com team).. we better brand ourselves with true facts when it comes to symbol though ^^, and at the same time spread global awareness about the true use of caduceus symbol , but hey no worries for them the still have rod of Asclepius

If the majority believes one thing, you'd better market in-line with their beliefs or you're basically excluding them as customers. Effective marketing isn't about truth or history. It's about communicating a message in order to elicit a response. The communication can be outright lies as long as it gets the desired outcome. Using a confusing icon to target a market that doesn't recognize the message being communicated is bad marketing.

Good luck. apply that to pharma isn't pharma a successful business too ^^, they were where we are right now too.. anyway thanks for the insight, concept theme and symbolism fits.. as for my perception.. i agree one thing is right to one person but wrong to another one with that who is right?.. we cant please every audience but we should be firm on what we think is right and what we want to convey in our msg. anyway this is a good conv hope to have conv like this in this thread. edit: knowing the two direction of your action can give you hints and pre-measure on how to tackle things to atleast minimize any negative impact on what your plan is... As for the IPO fund distribution is shown in the flow chart. Please check: as you can see IPO fund is divided into two investments; the crypto mining and the development projects Why do we split the IPO funds into that? We observed that most of the crypto audience especially here in BTT lose their patience easily.. so ERMIS designed a plan where coin trading will be tempting while coin holding is encouraging. So we come to go with at most half of the fund to buy mining rigs / mining contract or whatever we see is the most profitable. This will at least give our Investors the luxury to play with their investments for the cloudmining payout gives 1. 30% to our IPO investors ( paid in BTC) 2. 50% as buy support and it doesnt stop on that! the better deal is, ERMIS bought in exchange by our buy support will be distributed to the Coin holder Another part which is at least half of the IPO fund will be invested to real business as what is stated on the OP So what is it for the Investors and Coin Holders? 1. 10% of the net profit of our founded business will be distributed to our IPO Investors 2. another 10% of the net profit will be put to buy support (this together with mining payout can give a better stabilization than just allocating a percentage of IPO as stabilization fund for the coin, reason... there is an entity that generates fund for the cause) 3. the rest will be reinvested to enhance and upgrade the current ventures and can be invested to put up another profit generating asset for the coin. For this plan will ensure whenever mining flanks there is always another part of the plan to catch the coin economy! Feel free to ask questions about this stuff. Thank you. edit: you might wonder where is the 20% of the mining payout? Well 20% of the mining payout will be allocated to pay ERMIS staff. Yes Staff not just the dev team , we planned to maintain a healthy ERMIS community where people who help ERMIS on its campaign will be paid out. We knw dev team and staff eat and pay for their bills. And giving them incentives (not in ERMIS form to not encourage dumping)in BTC. Task like translation and maintaining them, blogs articles , videos, and anything that support and help ERMIS in it's awareness campaign, designs graphics alike that advertise ERMIS. We have a person incharge on monitoring this area so rest assured that this fund will be wisely invested.

First we have Dabs as an escrow that will hold the fund; if you invest and transferred BTC pls send a pm to DailyModo to have you registered to the IPO investor list and send us tx ID right after you send the BTC; he will check it on the blockchain. But we will prepare a form for you to fill up, so when wallet is ready we will send you an email to send us your ERM address so we can update your investors profile. For the distribution, ERM dont have an initial value, so the ERM marketcap will be determine by our IPO collection, so your ERM share will be computed according to your BTC investment / Total BTC collected. For example, we collected around 10 BTC and you invested 1 BTC, this means you will have 10% of the initial total ERM hope that answers your question ^^

dont like IPO dont like ICO I understand this crazy era of icos and ipos scaring away everyone. But first I want you to understand this project is based on the IPO. I saw many ipos going on with many coins but very few if not none of them are trying to use this ipo to secure the investors investment. We plan on securing the investors investment and have the holders benefits from the system. Basically the way you need to look at Ermis is as if it was a big company which you are part of as long as you want to be. This company will start building slowly but as we proceed with more and more projects revenue based, the ones which will mostly benefits from this are the investors and when we say investors we include ourselves into this since we won't receive any Ermis coins ourselves without purchasing them just like everyone else. Your investment is the same as our investment and this is an important point to understand.

We have planned this from scratch and this system rewards the holders more then anyone else. We have many plans regarding this including a unique platform where shareholders will have their own shares associated to their ipo adress and each share associated to a specific ipo adress will be rewarded accordingly to their initial investment. The more Ermis age the more it will be worth since development will introduce more and more assets to reward the holders. Edit: i think i answered the wrong question but it is still good information to know!
