After all this, since the biggest release ever for Cloak (POSA3), it had a small rise and a steady fall to what it is now. It is steady between 10-20 Satoshi. Unfortunately, I personally believe that this is what Cloak is 100% worth. Not the product, but the name.

I Agree with him 100%.
I too was involved from very beginning, I even mined Cloak in its first week of inception and saw my investment go from 20 BTC to 150+ BTC and back down to less than 20 BTC.
I would've cashed out some, not all of it during the Pump to cover my initial investment, but luck would have it I was on vacation and was on airplane during the peak of pump.
when the price fell below 2000 satoshi at one point, I just wrote the whole thing off and moved on.
I still have every single Cloak, hoping someday It will recover to previous glory, but as the time goes on I am less and less hopeful.

Rebranding with fresh new name and fresh new project built on top of what the dev's have accomplished so far would greatly boost the Cloak value, I think.
For example, look at givecoin and 2givecoin.  Givecoin effectively died, but one of the involved member brought it back with fresh new spin and swapped old coin with new 1:1 and the price soared, now trading at about 8-10 times higher than old givecoin used to.

I fully support rebranding.

P.S. I am not a tech head, but curious so I must ask.  Would it be possible to move to Ethereum ecosystem and build on top of their protocol with what we have so far?

Can we please stop this mis-information, people saying that there was nothing handed over to Cashmen it is ABSOLUTE NONSENSE.

All of that was available for Cashman.

If you check the original thread you'll see that public and closed public testing took place for PoSA during my time running Cloak, so to say there was nothing is just totally misleading people.

The only thing that wasn't correct was my developer telling me there was work completed for the latest version of PoSA which it turned out that wasn't the case.

I don't agree. Not yet atleast. There is about to be a book made with this name it would be kind of nuts to change the name right before then. Just let it ride for a little while. You were so patient for so long then the real deal actually comes and everyone is so impatient all of a sudden. I've been making small buys every week for quite a while now and am now one of the largest holders. The tech is there, the team is there, the pr is coming, only 3 real projects left, chill and get cheap coins.

This is somewhat my point. There are large things happening with the name branded on it. It's not too late but It's getting close to the point of no return. I am not against the coin at all, only the name. I think everyone invested in Cloak whether it be 2 years ago or 2 days ago can somewhat agree that regardless of what happens in the future of this coin, a new name would only help it rise more than with the old name.
