Hi guys,
sorry if this question has been already explained but I will ask those who knows to clarify:

I updated yesterday my 2 years old wallet where is about 250 cloak - after few hours when minting has been enabled, I received 2,5 cloak. Is this some bonus for last 1,5 year when my wallet wasn't active? Or should I expect this amount everyday ?
Seriously I didn't expected that much just after few hours of minting with that balance on my wallet.

this post made me take action and im installing new wallet as i type now

Instant Cloaks are probably from Enigma..

Wallet working fine transactions are fast, mining through pos working flawlessly. You can get enigma earnings if your wallet is unlocked. But for all this it is needed some time to pass.

I went to the website cloakcoin, redownloaded the mac wallet, attempt install v 2.0.1.1. ---->wallet opens, but does not sync automatically. So I click Recieve Cloak, -----> bottom tab----> show QR code---> CRASH window closes app shuts down

Thank you for the report ednawnika5. I've been doing some tests on Mac and I think I know what the issue is. On Mac, the main interface sometimes appears before the wallet has finished initialising (i.e. the splash screen is still visible). This appears to be a Mac only issue, possibly related to the dock icon functionality.

We'll aim to have the issue fixed for the next release after 2.0.1.2. In the meantime, please wait until the wallet has finished initialising and the splash screen has disappeared before using the wallet.

Can there be problems with opening the source? Where it would be hard for Joe to do and stalls. I saw the video of him on the still report and got good vibes from him.

I could get run over by a bus or annihilated by an asteroid but other than that, I think it will be fine

In all seriousness, I have a good idea of everything that needs to be done and it should all go according to plan. We'll keep you guys updated with regular progress reports as we move forward, don't worry. The bulk of the work revolves around documenting things and tidying up the build process.

We're also in talks with several academics in relation to an additional code audit of Enigma and CloakShield prior to release of the source. It's not crucial, but I think some additional critical eyes and attack-minded investigations would be very beneficial. I also need to implement some improvements to how DoS (denial of service) attacks are handled. Once the code is in the open, it's much easier for people to spot potential attack points for spam attacks to slow down the network.

how do you get so many enigma transactions, you must hold alot of coins, ive been running my wallet for a week and have yet to get one enigma transaction.

This is primarily a bug-fix release, but also includes some changes to how wallet unlocking is handled for Enigma sends. Attempting an Enigma send with a locked wallet was previously causing issues as the wallet would re-lock before the finished Enigma transaction was signed. This is resolved now and the wallet will remain unlocked until the Enigma send finalizes, whereupon the wallet is automatically re-locked.

The issue with the enigma node count dropping has also been addressed. This was due to Enigma announcements expiring just prior to an updated announcement being received. To resolve the issue, updated announcements are now sent earlier which gives plenty of crossover time when Enigma peers are several network hops away. Performance will improve steadily as more users upgrade to the latest 2.0.1.2 version.

Nice wallet, great work r3r & Cloak team. But friday evening is definitely not the best time to release. I watch you like to do releases on Saturday, and now on Friday. Try to do it in the beginning or the middle of the week
