Wow, in the US at least, the commission for real estate sales is usually 6%, which is divided between the buyer's agent, seller's agent, and their respective brokers. Offering 6.66% just for a tip leading to a sale, which presumably would not be the only commission.... Wow.

I have a few very wealthy clients that have gone through me for investments in many things including Bitcoin. Some wealthy enough that $3mill on a property like that would be a no brainer.
Can we chat a little more in PM. Obviously I dont want to discuss my clients, who they are or what they do in public. So if you are okay with it, would you mind talking privately with me?

thanks for the question. the last price is always the price the buyer and the seller will agree on after sitting together and negotiating the final price. I will never negotiate the final price here in a forum or in an email or by phone. no one will buy property without visiting it or seeing it in real. an asking price is always negotiable. why did You ask? |

My guy says to pass on his email to you. He's very careful about who he deals with to. He likes the place and I have a funny feeling he will buy. I think he just wants you to go over E V E R Y possible detail with him. I can't remember the email off by heart and not at my desk just now either so first thing tomorrow I will. |

You just need to know what's good and what's bad. As with all investments, there's an element of risk involved. Take places such in Israel such as Modiin. Apparently investors tripled their money there! |

Apparently investors tripled their money there! I completely agree with you. Modiin is near Jerusalem and a well liked place to live. |
